Barracuda Women's Trekking Bike

An excellent budget bike. Easy to build and looks good. Just what I was looking for for family bike rides. Just got to wait for some sunshine now!

This was easily set up, by someone who had never done it before. Comfortable ride. Having compared others thought this was very good value.

Well the initial delivery was fine. However the first signs of a problem was that the front brakes were attached back to front. The next problem came when I attempted to ride it, and change gears. Upon inspection from my local bike shop I was informed that the gears needed replacing at £50. I contacted Amazon to return the bike, over a month ago and so far there has been no urgency in them sorting out an effective courier to collect the bike from me. In the meantime I have been calling around time and time again trying to speed things up, as I'm having to use the bus whilst I don't have a bike. In addition am unable to look for a new bike without having the refund for the old one. All in all a bad product and a bad attempt at customer service to resolve my dissatisfaction

The bike would be perfect if it weren't for the fact that it arrived with the chain jammed between the sprocket and the frame. Not something I really want to have to think about after I've just paid a decent amount of money. It would be different if I had screwed it up myself but this was part of the bike that should already have been assembled. I'm excited to get on it and start riding but now I have take it to someone else to look at it and probably pay more money. I would reccomend the bike in theory, it is strong, sturdy and generally appears to be well designed but just be wary that it might arrive in the condition it should be in.

The bike arrived within 2 days of ordering. Packaging was good. The bike was easy to put together.Seat is comfy light frame and goes really well. I cycle to work along a trail and no problems so far.I am really pleased with the bike and service.

The bike arrived quickly, unfortunately there is a scratch on the handle bar. It was easy enough to put together and it is a good sturdy bike.

This is a bicycle I would never buy ever again. After we bought it 3 things went wrong within 4 weeks. We had to change the crankset completely. Cost £40. We have to re tight the things in every 2 weeks they get loosen easily. I would refund the whole bike if I could

Delivered with missing parts - not happy - otherwise Bike looks good.
