This table is beautiful, elegant, sturdy, and was easy to assemble. I needed a *small* kitchen table for my apartment. This is a perfect fit. Drawback: you cannot fit four chairs under the table. The best you can do is two all the way and two partway. That being said, it is perfect. It’s easy to clean, it’s well made, it has a happy glowing color, and it actually does seat four people comfortably. You’d think you need a bigger table, but this is ideal for a cozy space and still having elbow room to sit with your family. It’s also lightweight, so you can easily move it by yourself to clean the floor. It’s a great height for everything. We’ve eaten, done crafts, sorted mail, computer work, and even used it as a catch-all table when we bring things in. The legs are spaced and angled well for everyone to be comfortable and not trip when they get up. There’s no weird cross piece that catches your knee when you sit or scoot in your chair. I would 10/10 recommend this table to anyone needing a smaller, functional, aesthetically pleasing piece. I found chairs in the same design and bought four so my whole family can sit together. Anyone who didn’t need four chairs would be well served by two, as I mentioned two fit perfectly under the table when not in use.

This little table is well-built and pretty. It is also easy to assemble. Perfect for a dorm room or small kitchen. Well worth the modest price.

This is a very nice table. The packaging was pretty banged up, but the protective inserts shielded the table from damage. It is fairly easy to assemble once the legs and underside of the table are lined up, and it is strong and steady, no wobbling. The finish is pretty, like a parquet floor! And it is a perfect square--just right for a circle of friends. It is not necessarily for "small" spaces (Levenger, for example, has a line of "no room for" furniture especially designed for "small" spaces, except they are also too "small" for effective use!). This is very nice and perfectly priced, too! Just wish the handlers were a bit more careful with loading and delivery!

I purchased this dining table to use as a chess board table in our family room. I'm a fairly new chess player and not sure exactly what I need but I do know that I want to use a wood chess board with at a minimum 2.25" squares and have enough room for a chess clock and some room to write in a score book. For my needs the size is acceptable. The table is sturdy also, if you bump it the chess pieces will not go flying. This table isn't fine furniture but it's not bad either. The oak top is semi smooth and is made of glued lumber. If it were not covered by a chess table, I might want to sand it smoother and refinish. It's never going to be heirloom quality, but you certainly could do much worse. Would I buy again? Yes!

It's exactly what I hoped it would be. I assembled it quickly and without trouble. It's solid, strong, and pleasant. It's excellent for my small studio apartment, yet would be fine as an intimate table for a close-friends party in any house. Not too big, not too small. It's smooth, has good varnish, is level, and looks great. It arrived clean, without a scratch. This is a quality solid-wood table; there's no veneer. It's the kind of table that will last many, many years. I'm very happy with this table! It included the table top, legs, hex wrench, 8 each of bolts, washers, and "tension rings" (actually they're called "split washers" or "spring lock washers"), and an instruction sheet (which I spent a whole thirty seconds looking at because it's that simple to assemble). The hex wrench is on the cheap end, so I used my own. Packing was adequate with plastic foam inserts. The box is a little larger than the dimensions of the table top, as the legs were stored two to each side of the table top. On the underside is a tiny sticker that reads, "Made in Malaysia". If careful, it peals off easily. They even varnished the underside. Wow. The diagonal bridges in the corners on the underside of the table top (where the bolts connect the legs to the table top) are unfinished (which I presume is necessary to ensure the bolts don't loosen). You really can't make a table of this class much better.

Solid wood, rounded corners, sturdy, quality construction and easy to assemble - all for a very attractive price. This is a good choice for small spaces (easily sits two people) and does not look cheap.

We purchased this table as a replacement for the dining room table in our Fifth Wheel RV. The table that was in it was beautiful but highly impractical by design. This table fits the space to a tee and matches all the other woodwork, including the hardwood dining chairs, perfectly! We have high expectations for things we purchase and this table met them. My husband assembled it in a snap and has commented several times on its quality. The finish is well done and the woodgrain pattern on the one we received is beautiful. It's very sturdy, too, which was a concern when traveling, but this table isn't going anywhere...it's hefty! Also, we have a young grandson and it's nice not to worry about him toppling it over with his usual acrobatic moves! Now we have a table we can actually use comfortably and it looks like it came with our RV. Delivery through Prime was spot on as always, too. Great seller, great service and great product!

Winsome Wood Groveland Square Dining Table with Shaker Legs, Light Oak Finish This is real wood (as in cut and finished lumber). It is not 'pressboard'. remanufactured wood. nor laminate. The design is simple, and sturdy. It would accommodate two adults, and it's a good choice for a small apartment. The table is nicely finished, and assembly is very easy. Assembly hardware are indicated by the letters "A" through "E". It took me less than 20 minutes, from unpacking to full assembly. An hex key (Allen key) is supplied with 8 (each) bolts, tension rings, and washers. each leg requires a pair of bolts through the support struts in the four corners. Once assembled, the table sits steadily on the floor (no warping or wobbling). There was a slight wobble (in my case), but that was because part of my floor was uneven, not through any fault in the product. I simply had to shift the table slightly so that it rested steadily. Considering the price of real wood furniture nowadays. this is a bargain. It would make an ideal gift. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Pleasantly surprised. Real wood, easy to put together, feels sturdy, and looks nice. I ordered chairs from the same manufacturer and it makes a good set for my 1BR apartment.

I do love my new table. It's pretty sturdy, goes together easily, and it's a nice little workspace. However, I was a tad disappointed that the legs and tabletop were made out of joined wood pieces. Having said that, the finish is beautiful, and it is very good value for the price.

The table is made of solid wood and is very sturdy. Assembly is simple, just bolt on the legs.
