My Discus love Sera pellets, and are growing and thriving.

I'm resisting the temptation to lower the rating for this product, because it is great. I give Amazon a single star, however, for false advertising. This is NOT 8.4 oz, 8.4 fl oz, or even 8,4 fl oz. It is only 3.7 oz. Before anyone lets them off the hook because it says fluid oz instead of oz (by weight), note that they also advertise the larger size as 14.8 fl oz, and it actually is 14.8 oz (by weight). They also drop the 'fl' on some parts of the page.

Sera is a brand I used when I lived overseas and use them now. Great quality that keeps Discus healthy!

So far, my 10 discus love this food. My other tropical fishes in my 75 gallon also love this.

I got 7 2.5 inch young Skendker discus 3 weeks ago. They were quite picky about food. I tried several different brand of dry food, frozen beefheart, frozen brineshrimps, frozen bloodworms, and freeze dried bloodworms. They didn't like any of them except frozen bloodworms. To use auto feeder when I'm not home, I had to get them on dry food, so I tried these granules, and also Seachem discus flakes. They loved both on the first feed. Personally I prefer Sera because the ingredients are free from preservatives and dyes.

Fish love it. And it's my main dry food for all my breeding pairs of Discus. Wish they sold it in the 1.1 pound bottles like their regular discus food.
