Enough To Pass Inspection
The product is moderately well designed but not perfect. The overall fit & finish wasn’t bad. The weak link in this design is the mounting and magnet sensors which indicate the door is open. They weren’t very reliable on rougher surfaces and each of them came off within a few weeks. It was just enough to pass a city inspection to certify my pool so it served its purpose. If it was even remotely possible a small child’s life would depend on this system, I would not recommend it.

Doesn’t work!
Not much to say. It doesn’t work. I ordered 2 of these devices and one works and one doesn’t. Put fresh battery in and still nothing.

Unit not working / faulty
Covid-Pool installation took significantly longer than expected. Just tried to install the unit ordered in July and it does not work despite trying two different newly purchased 9V batteries. Very disappointing - hope to still be eligible for return/replacement.

Excellent support
Bypass button broke after 6 months, but I contacted their support line and they replaced it. 5 star support!
