Works great, keeps coffee hot & does not drip

The dispenser is well insulated but it leaks, terribly. The second time I used it, the product started leaking around the spigot, hot coffee leaked out around the lid and 3 months into use, the bottom seal blew out and we can no longer use the product.

It was great for our outdoor reception.

I bought 8 of these for a catering event. Of the 8, 7 worked out perfectly, however, 1 of them leaked badly no matter how tight we tried to get the spout. You can only tighten it so much before it "jumps" a thread so it's impossible to get tighter than a certain point. The spout leaked where it goes through the bottom of the urn. Overall, though, these worked out really well for the price and they were very easy to clean. I definitely like the retracting legs.

I purchased this item to hold hot coffee for an outdoor function hoping it would keep the coffee hot for 4 - 6 hours, it didn't make it. By the end of the event the coffee was just warm not hot. In all fairness, it was an outdoor event and the temperature was in the 50's so it might have done better if it had been indoor event (that's why 4 not 3 stars). I'll see if it does any better this summer with a cold beverage.

We bought these to use at my daughter's wedding for coffee. Perhaps these could be find for very small cups or shallow bowls - but for coffee, our smallest cup would not fit under the spout without tilting the tiny mug and then the spout was halfway in the cup and it would not work for filling anything but a dixie size height cup full to the top. They would have to be at the very edge of the table. We didn't use them so I can't comment on how hot they kept things, but it certainly didn't feel like stainless - felt like plastic inside (?)...at the very most a very very thin layer of metal - but not stainless... definitely not worth the amount we paid - more like a $20 item. Very lightweight plastic. Only positive: pretty from afar

It looks used already and was damaged; the base of the discounter is broken and the outline is bumpy.
