Great accessory for the Diesel Heaters
Got a diesel heater with 3" output and balking at the price of 3" vent extensions? 4" is the universal cheap clothes dryer output and vent extensions of any length are available dirt cheap in that size. So what do you do. You get one of those guys for couple of bucks and free yourself to use that ubiquitous ducting. Sure, it would be nice if they used 4" off the hop, but when the design was stolen all those years ago, it must have used a 3" output, so the chinese clones use a 3" output today. This won't flow more air, nor will it restrict, but it will open up a myriad of cheaper options for routing heat. Does that job perfectly and I will get one for each heater.

Not exactly a 4" inch adapter
It's well made but my problem was that it's exactly 4 inches which is the same size as the fans exhaust outlet, so it really needed to be slightly larger than 4in. to actually fit my fan. But with some scissors, a large round plastic container, contact cement and a few ty-wraps and duct tape, problem solved. It a good thing it's not in my front window, but for laying in my bathroom ceiling it works great! The 3 in. side fit the exhaust duct fine, it's strong enough & the price is right!

Perfect for my laser
Worked perfectly for my WeCreat Vista 10 exhaust hose. I previously purchased a dryer window vent kit that I used for my Glowforge Aura which has a much larger hose. The opening of the window vent was much too large for the hose of my Vista. This reducer helped tremendously !

Dimensions not quite right, but can be made to work (maybe)
The dimensions were almost right. It can be made to work, but only with some hefty persuasion from a large rubber mallet. Maybe mine was slightly defective? If your application does not allow for hammering, this might not work for you.
