I had this old TV stand that I removed the shelves on. It fit perfectly. I went through so many reviews and photos of what was offered on Amazon. I like the brick look of the back. The heat function works great. I have had this a little over a year now and have had no issues.

This is very realistic. I love it. You can adjust the flame to whatever you like and set it to act real where the coals get brighter and darker etc. looks very realistic. Heat…minimum setting is 71 and I like to set them lower than the house so they only come on if it’s really drafty. Still, very happy with this.

This made our fireplace look so much better!!! It fit perfectly and replaced the one with the bad heater that burnt out. The replacement was easy and took 10 minutes total. It has better three dimensionality, gives off more heat and is brighter than the original. The remote works well and the thermostat and timer are excellent upgrades from the previous unit. Perfect for our home.

I love it! Perfect proportions, and it looks great. The sides and back are sealed and finished, so it does not have to be used only as an insert. We use it tucked under a table in our TV room. The flame effect is very good, and the heat is generous. A tremendous value for the price.

An affordable, realistic fireplace. It was definitely missing the installation instructions, but it came with the hardware, required. I wish the heating box was a little wider, to add more heat to a space. Very easy to use once installed.

When you want to just come home from work & sit in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine without the hassle of making one! I have a real working fireplace, but sometimes it’s a bit more work than I can muster up after a long day at work. I knew that I wanted to buy the Ashley Starmore TV Stand, but I had to decide between the 2 fireplace inserts that would fit my unit. Either the faux wood or the crystals/rocks. I chose the more industrial, modern look for my fireplace insert. I only used the faux clear crystals. It slid easily & securely into my tv stand. It was definitely the best choice for me! LOVE IT! It literally was a perfect no agg day for me & now I look forward to spending more quality time in my living room this Fall/Winter.

I am very happy with this fireplace insert! I had an Ashley fuel gel fireplace and just got tired of spending the money on the fuel gel cans. Decided to do some research on Amazon and came across this item. I looked at the dimensions on the old firebox from when I purchased the fireplace a few years back and this was an exact match! Shipping was prime, had it in 2 days. Unscrewed the old firebox and popped this one right in, plugged it in and voila! Its surprisingly realistic looking with quite a few options on the remote, including timer, heat intensity and flame adjustment. It gives off great heat or use as no heat. It makes no noise at all. I couldn't be happier with how well it fit and the appearance! If this is the size you need, buy it, you won't regret it!
