INS211 preservative mentioned as an ingredient - is it safe for consumption?

INS211 is a preservative (also known as Sodium Benzoate). Small amounts should not cause any serious problem. But if someone is really finicky about health-related issues, it can be avoided. In our household, we don't use it daily. Even when we use it, we make sure to have only in small quantity. I guess it can be considered as not too dangerous. So my suggestion would be to consume in limited quantity that too occasionally.
