Aqua Optima EPS612 Evolve plus 30 Day Water Filter Cartridge, 6 Pack (6 Months Supply), Old Version

I have been buying these in 3's from the same retailer I bought the filter jug. Finding them at approx half the price, just for buying a bigger box was a big saving. I bought the jug to replace my broken, basic one, and was happy to pay a bit more for something that promised to filter micro plastics and other nasties. It filters very quickly, is easy to refill, with no need to remove the lid each time, and the jug is manageable (I have Arthritis). Living alone, I find the filters last much longer than the stated 1 month family use. The lid does need a good washing, and is not meant to be dishwasher proof, so needs monitoring for buildup, especially if you are in a hard water area. I will be buying these filters again.

It’s foot and easy to use

I bought the original jug and replacement cartridges from Tesco's, however, Tesco no longer do the replacement filter cartridges anymore, even though they have the jug on sale in my local supermarket. Daft or what!! Nevertheless, found these through Google/Amazon at a very reasonable price. They only do packs of 6 cartridges for 6 months and there was always the risk that they wouldn't fit. Happily they do and the tap water now tastes cool and sweet again. Will be buying more replacement filters soon so that I have a stock to last me a while. I recommend these.

Easy to fit and works great

I purchased a water filter and cartridges last year from Amazon and have been very satisfied. When I came to buy seperate cartridges I found prices have increased a lot, but buying this set was the most cost effective. I also used one of the cartridges in my American style fridge freezer water dispenser, in place of a Brita, and it works just as well. The water in my area isn't good to drink so I usually use filtered water for tea and coffee but bottled water for cold drinks. Since using this filter in my fridge we now use the cold filtered water in juices etc. In the long term this is saving me money on bottled water. If Amazon have another deal where you buy the jug and filter cartridges together it could be even more cost effective

Have been using these filters for some time and I notice a difference in the water especially in taste. As I live in an area with hard water this has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Filter is easy to put and lasts a long time.

These are a great alternative to the more expensive options. they have a nice fit and a fastish filter once filtered it has a nice clean taste. My tap water has a PPM 409 as i live in a hard water area but once filtered it drops to PPM 233 which is a significant drop and i have to change filters every month or once the kettle starts to scale up again.

Seitdem ich das Produkt benutzt habe, habe ich nicht mehr das Problem, dass mein Wasserkocher ständig mit Kalk verschmutzt ist. Dadurch sieht man auch, dass das Wasser dadurch gesäubert wird.

En casa usamos la jarra filtrante desde hace muchos años, y aunque viviendo en Madrid, donde el agua tiene reputación de ser muy buena (que lo es), el filtro mejora el agua de forma notoria. Este filtro produce el mismo efecto que el original, mejorando el agua, aunque no he podido probarlo en otra ciudad donde el agua sea peor, pero mi impresión es que si mejora el agua de Madrid, es que funciona y mejoraría el sabor en cualquier caso. La mayor diferencia que he encontrado con las originales es que estas parecen que filtran más rápido, con lo que la jarra se llena más rápido también. El precio es muy interesante, con lo que seguramente compraré más cuando necesite.

Los filtros de agua últimamente han subido mucho de precio, como todo. Estos filtros ofrecen la misma calidad que los de Brita y son mucho más económicos. Mi jarra ya tiene tantos años que no me acordaba de qué modelo se trata y no sabia si estos filtros iban a ser compatibles con ella. Pues, mi jarra es Brita Marella y sí, son compatibles. Repetiré.
