I do not known if I want to get the CD-ROM of this book,whether it is selled with the book or I can buy the CD-ROM only.

Simple, clear. Little chapters without too much quotations of studies as Fink or other ICU textbooks

This has nothing to do with amazon but more to do with the book itself. A few pages have come out of the spine with use (the glue not too strong).. the book is quite delicate. The hard cover would have been better maybe?
