Should have read instructions. Wanted long battery life...not shelf life. It's for smoke detector. This was expensive.

Works as intended!

One battery lasted less than 6 months. One is still working. A new battery installed in place of the failed battery is working fine so the fire alarm is good. The battery was a dud. Too late to return but won't buy this brand again.

Kind of early to rate it on performance but it’s working and was the best rated battery at the best price at the time I purchased. I’m using this in a very difficult to reach smoke detector that’s 20 feet off the ground. So far, so good!

These seem fine. They put out the required voltage. Only downside.... they are extremely square. No rounded edges at all like a normal 9v battery would have. That made it somewhat more difficult to install in the smoke detectors where we planned to use these. I eventually got them in though.
