The product has helped me get relief of any cramped muscle after a long day of work , is quite affordable, also the size helps cover quite a decent work area , build rigid thus can provide quite the right pressure ... overall satisfied with the product

I had some serious Plantar Fascia muscle pain in my foot due to long standing hours. This foot muscle ached badly during mornings when I woke up or went to sleep at night. I used this accupressure ball by standing on it, flaring my toes up and exposing my plantar fascia muscle and then moved the ball back and forth. It gave me immense pain when I massaged for 5 minutes however after that my plantar muscle got so relieved that within 10 days the pain vanished !

This is my first acupressure massage ball, so I can't compare it to others. The ball feels quite hard, and it can be a bit frustrating as it tends to slip when rolling it under my foot. However, when used on my shoulders and back with the right amount of pressure, it provides decent relief and helps ease tension

The ball is hard, not spongy as expected. This is not mentioned. Its also rather big. Basically its of no use. AND ONLY REPLACEMENT DONE. CO IS NOT TAKING A RETURN. DONT BUY THIS.
