Rothco Jumbo 80Mm Carabiner with Web Strap Key Ring (Olive Drab)

I've bought others but this one is a good size for latching onto a belt loop. I'd like the fabric part to be a little tighter fit on the carabiner though, but I'm liking it so far.

I personally find carabiner key-rings to be pretty sturdy but then again my last one broke on me. My last carabiner broke where the tension spring was located for the locking mechanism. Hence I found this nice olive colored carabiner key-ring along with webbing as replacement. The webbing keeps the carabiner from wear and tear due to sliding of the metal key-ring as was my last carabiner key-ring so I think this should be more durable than the last carabiner key-ring that didn't have webbing.

I've used carabiner/keyring combos for years. I love being able to attach my keys easily to my belt loop or purse and NEVER have to scramble to find keys. This product is by far the best combo I've found. The nylon strap is wide and secure. The carabiner is a great quality. I've had products before with inferior carabiners that didn't last long. My only issue is with the way the product is described. I don't know why it's called a "Men's" Carabiner. Is it just because it's a military green color? Also..I don't think the carabiner is "Jumbo". This is a standard size carabiner. Nothing 'jumbo' about it. But aside from the description, this is without a doubt the best carabiner/keyring combo I've ever had.

I keep my main keys on the provided split ring, but I have certain other keys and related things (gym membership token, etc.) that I don't carry all the time. I keep these on separate split rings and thread them onto the carabiner as needed. I love that flexibility.The only downside to this design is that the carabiner can get brutally cold if it is exposed to bad weather. Make sure to keep it deep in a bag, or in an inside pocket of your bag or jacket.

I bought a backpack and the key clip inside was too short to use while the keys were clipped in. Annoying. I bought this to extend the key clip and it has been great. The carabiner clip is very high quality as well as the strap. I've taken the carabiner clip off a couple of times to clip my water bottle to the backpack and it has worked great. This will definitely last a long time and will be something I purchase again when needed.

From looking at the picture with the listing I thought this was coming with two carabiners. It only comes with one which was a little disappointing but I should have read the discription better. All and all I am happy with my purchase. I’ve used this for the past month and it’s holding up well and I would purchase again.

The main issue is that the picture shows two carabiners in different colors. I was surprised to only get one, in a color that isn't my preferred color. Scrolling down to the questions shows me that others have asked this question and it is clarified, so the problem is mine, but I feel that more could be done to empathize what we're actually getting.

I purchased "Kyjen 2496 Dog Backpack Easy-Fit Dog Pack with Removable Saddlebags" so my dog could carry his own goods when hiking, but the dog pack, which is designed like a harness, does not have a place to attach a leash. I hook the carabiner onto the handle, yes the pack has a handle as if you were going to lift your dog like a piece of luggage, and then hook the leash onto the D-ring. Problem solved!
