Love these dishes!! If I could give more stars I would. Gorgeous pattern, package very well. I did have to talk with customer service and my issue was resolved. Great experience!!

The order arrived on time. I was concerned when one box looked like it had been dropped but it is so well packed that nothing is broken or chipped. Each piece feels substancial in weight. These dishes are beautiful and I am so happy with the sizes of plates and bowls. The colors are vibrant and I love the pattern. It is like setting my table with pieces of art! I would reccommend this set to anyone.

We absolutely love these dishes. They are very quality made with a beautiful finish. We were worried about chipping and using knives on the finish but you can't see any wear with use or going through the dishwasher. The only downside is it seems to take longer to microwave food. Still very happy with the purchase, Thank you

This dinnerware set is beautiful. The design and dish are sturdy, they packed it so well I was expecting at least one dish broken but none were damaged.

The dinnerware was very well packaged. Even though the bottom of the box appeared damaged, none of the dishes were broken or cracked. I ordered the Floral Accent pattern & the color is vibrant. I can't wait to impress my guests with this beautiful set.

These dishes exceeded my expectations. They are heavy, beautiful, the bowls are a nice size, as are the cups. The price was excellent.

I bought a set of 16 items. Only 15 items were shipped. I wrote to Elama and asked for the missing item, they said they did not do international shipment. I asked for partial refund for the missing item, they ignored.
