Red Drago Rice Sticks 5 mm/375 g

Very tasty, authentic rice noodles with great texture and just the right level of ‘bite’. Perfect width for Chinese Ho-fun stir fries and Vietnamese Pho soup. So easy to prepare - boil until just al dente in a pot as you would with spaghetti, then quickly strain and rinse with water. The noodles can then be quickly added to a stir fry or simply put some sliced meat and pour over hot stock for a quick and easy soup noodle dish. Enjoy! Received in good condition and the quality looks good

Really enjoyed these. They have taken our Japanese and Thai cooking to another level. Gives a really authentic take to our dishes and will be relying less on our local Thai takeaway ☺️ Really easy to use. We pre-soak them for 10 minutes in room temperature water. You can add some oil to ensure they don’t clump together. Then add to your dish for a minute or two to warm up. Couldn’t be easier. Thoroughly recommend.

It is easy and can be cooked in many way, it can be cooks in soup or stir fry, more cheap than the local shops, good value for money.

Our local supermarket don't sell these sort of noodles so I thought I'd give them a try. OMG I was not disappointed. Extremely good value for money, they cook really quickly, good quality and go very well with our stir fry. I only initially ordered a couple to try them, but I've since orders another 4.

I have searched with no success to find a source of crispy noodles to top chow mien dishes to no avail.Someone on internet mentioned this products ability to expand as a crispy noodle. I purchased a quantity of this item,what was there to lose,i could cook them as plain noodles if it did not work. when they arrived i took a sample immersed a quantity in deep fat hot oil and it all happened in an instant. Crispy noodles.Taste a lot like prawn crackers. I have to add at this point the package does not relate this process in its instructions. Using this process for me is a personal choice. It requires a suitable pan and basket with hot oil therefore care is needed the expansion is rapid and only a small quantity needed each time.

Absolutely the best value for money with respect to 5mm wide rice noodles. You get 6 packages and almost 2kg of long rice sticks for the cost of a single 200g box in some of the national grocery stores here in the UK. The quality of the product is first class, and the noodles when cooked have a wonderful texture. I am not the only one that has this opinion and experience with this product, and the reason this is an "Amazon's Choice" winner. Highly recommended.

The nest size of the noodles are too big, they are not suitable for making only one meal. The nest size of the noodles suit for making two meals which wasnt ideal for me as my husband found them quite flavourless (which I do agree) even when we added teriyaki sauce. So I would have to make a big rice noodle dish for myself and make him a separate noodle dish using egg noodles.
