I half expected these utensils to be cheap and flimsy. But, they were very sturdy! No rattling or shifting. They are very beautiful and not cheap looking at all. The blades are real (gold-TONED) rigid metal. Perfect for cutting and serving with just a touch of elegance.

I bought this set for cutting the cake at my upcoming wedding. The colour is beautiful, rich and not too glossy. Perfect. The set itself is light weight, but surprisingly sharp. The packaging is nice, just the plastic window on the box came loose likely from the shipping process. It arrived fast. I recommend this product.
