Well built. No jiggles at all when in use. The grips hurt my hands so i got a pair of crutch hand grips for em, which fit perfect and give you tons of cushion and grip and enough room to do thin bar dips on the bare bars too. Mine are wider than the 19" indicated. 21 is roughly what it is on my bd-41. Not too big of a deal for me @ 6' with long arms . you can use them for other exercises as well. Below negitive push ups on them is insane and good for a different grip on a pull up or use it to do different angled inverted rows..... Well worth the money. Took a star for the grips sucking and wider than advertised hand placement.

This is a must have in you power rack. They are very well built and easy to install and remove. Paint feels great, a bit coarse powder coat. The rubber grips are really hard, not cushioning at all so I recomend using some gloves or replace with something else. Other than that a great dips accesories

High quality and strong no wiggle/wobble and can take a lot of weight. Gym quality for home use!! Valor has an incredible line of products I have not found one that disappoints me.

This is an awesome accessory for the Valor power racks (or any power rack for that matter). You can do dips! What more needs to be said. I am 6'2 and weigh 250 lbs, this thing holds my weight and a 45 lbs plate. I also love the fact that you can adjust the height of the dip handles (by placing in higher holes on your power rack). You can also do some good ab work with this contraption. If you have a power rack buy this you will not be disappointed.

these work well on my rack with one inch holes, two inch square tube.I did have to sand some paint off of them where they go thruthe rack. powder coating was a little thick to go thru holeseasy but I do not consider this a problem. great item for theprice.

I would write a 5 star review but my right dip handle is BENT. I looked at the welding and whoever put it together welded it on crooked. I was a welder for a while and im certainly not the best, but this was NOT quality craftsmanship. I now have to take it in to my old boss and use his equipment to get it fixed.Can't blame the welder though, they probably don't get paid a 6 figure salary.

I like these dip bar attachments. They are simple to use and install. My only complaint is there should be a way to possibly make the grips closer together. I am able to use the dip bars but would like my hands to be a little closer together.

Really well built, great stability and spacing between bars.
