Doesn’t last too long but I noticed if you shake it once in a while it keeps cold for longer. Great for travel purposes. I used to lug around an ice chest.

I love having these as I flush very easily (warm and red face) so these are a great size for me to keep in my purse.

These are nice to have in med kits, etc. They get pretty cold but doesn't last that long. They do work great for bumps and bruises.

I bought these ahead of the summer so that if any of my employees overheat, we would have a way to cool them down - we don't always have access to ice. With that in mind, I decided to test one. It got fairly cold, maybe around 38F, but only stayed cold for about 25 minutes, and then quickly warmed up to room temperature over the next half hour. That's probably plenty for my use, realistically we would use three or four to help somebody cool off anyways. They are fairly small, but I think they will do the job nicely. If we're lucky, I won't need to use them.

I bought these because I was having back problems and I was going on a long flight internationally. As it turned out, I did not need them much, but they were great to have on hand if I did need them, because I didn't know what my situation would be.

I had a lumbar spinal fusion in December. I have been doing lots of physical therapy and my muscles and back are very sore. These are great all over my back and rear (S.I. joint area). They do last about 20 minutes which is about the same as my gel pack that I put in the freezer. No leakage. They get really cold. Good quality item. I will be ordering more for when I go on a long drive in June for vacation. They will be easy to use in the car.

I always order these for the summer, this time we order them for our Golden Retriever that just had leg surgery.
