Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, 512GB, Midnight Green (Renewed)

I spent half of the price than I would have spent on a new iPhone. Quick delivery and good contact with seller. Before buying this phone I read a lot of comments and opinions about this product, most of them negative, and I do not understand why cause I am really happy with it and it works really good. I have been using the phone for a month since I bought it, so I can give a proper opinion. *PACKAGING* It comes very well protected with a tool to open the SIM tray, plug and charging cable. THERE IS NO EARPHONES INCLUDED (specified in product description). Only the charging cable is original, although the plug is quite similar and works properly. *FUNCTIONING* The first charge was up to 92% and that was a bit dissapointing. However, from the second charge it reaches up to 100%, so do not worry about that, it sometimes needs more than one charge. Everything on the phone works properly and is very fast. I changed from Android to Apple for the first time and I am really happy with this purchase. It does not seem to be a refurbished iPhone at all. However, there are a couple of things that do not work perfectly, but it is something that happens like once every week or so and it is not annoying at all, since it takes 1 or 2 seconds and that is it. *OUTSIDE LOOK* The day I received the phone I checked every side of the phone by using a lamp and looking very closely and patiently. I found literally NOTHING! No scratches, no dents or any other imperfections. The outside of the phone is perfect and I am really happy with it. *CONCLUSION* I am absolutely sure that I would recommend this product to anyone. I am really happy with this purchase and I would probably get another one refurbished. I saved around 50% on this iPhone and it is worth the money.

Perfect, the screen quality was as advertised and is performing perfectly, battery lasts for the day with what i use it for. I would recommend this

Looking for a replacement for my ageing iPhone 6s Plus, I spent weeks considering my options and looking at reviews for refurbished (or as Amazon describes them, "renewed") iPhones. I considered buying a new iPhone 6e (about £600) or a refurbished iPhone 12 (about £330) and wanted a phone about the same size as my 6s Plus but decided on an 11 Pro Max. There are a number of sellers of refurbished phones around but I have always trusted Amazon. I felt that should the phone not meet the seller's description, Amazon would have no issue on having it returned. This iPhone 11 Pro Max was described as unlocked and excellent and my expectations were that there would be minor surface scratches and obvious signs of wear but after unboxing I was surprised at its condition. It was virtually unmarked and in pristine condition. It connected to my service provider and home wi-fi without issue, and the battery status was, as mentioned in the description, about 82% and, as I'm not a heavy user, this isn't a problem. The phone, backed up from my previous phone - an easy straight-forward process via my Apple account - performs and updates as expected, is responsive, with working face recognition and takes excellent photos and videos with any of its three rear cameras. But what surprised me most was its superb condition which I will preserve with a phone case and additional camera-lens protector, again bought from Amazon. For the £220 paid I am absolutely delighted with my purchase which was delivered a couple of days after ordering. If I get a couple of years' use from it I'll be more than happy. For me, money well spent and highly recommended.

Pros: - The phone arrived in great condition. No visible scratches. - Battery was at 85% full life the day I turned it on. Everything so far seems to be in working state. - Face recognition works, camera(s) seem to be working ok. - I have not had a change to stop by an official iPhone/Apple store to ask them to check things, but at first usage and glance, it all seems great. Battery life is ok too. 1 day of constant usage approx. Cannot complain. - I think it's very good value for money. Cons: 1. There was an issue with the order as the product was advertised as "coming with phone, charger, and charging cable" but as photos show, the charger was not included. A refund for the charger cost was provided by the seller for this mistake after an extended period of back and forth. 2. No protection for the phone during travel was included (as shown in the photo). Just a small box with the phone taped to it. The outside of the box did say 'Fragile', but who knows the damage caused during travel as delivery people may not respect the fragility request. No bubblewrap or anything inside the box. 3. Delivery for iPhone was tracked and required signature, but delivery person just left it outside my door. Cannot blame the seller for this, but was annoying for me as the buyer considering the cost of the product and the fact that on my Amazon account it said it had been delivered and signed for, when I was not home.

I ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max and have received it today. There are numerous issues with the phone and it will not function as it should. Issues: Charging, the phone was placed on charge and after 3 hours had only gained 2% additional charge starting at 41% taken of charge after 3 hours at 43% Charger and cable suppled in the box was used The charger was too hot to touch as was the USB end of the cable and had to be left to cool before unplugging completely The back of the phone was extremely hot My old iPhone 11 was on charge side by side (for data transfer) and charger, cable and iPhone were all cool to the touch my phone went from 61% to fully charged in under an hour without any excessive heat build up in the phone, cable or charger Front Camera Issue Unable to set up face recognition No screen image from front Unkown part stated not recognised as genuine Battery Battery part not recognised as genuine Screen Screen not recognised as genuine Would not transfer data from old phone Would not verify update to latest iOS due to not being connected to the internet even though it was Reset the phone three times and started data transfer but failure to set up properly each time Was able to partially set up manually which is when I discovered all the error messages in settings I have since attempted one more setup which failed. I have purchased in good faith a phone in "EXCELLENT" condition and the phone does not work as it should. I want to return the phone and have a fully working error free replacement sent out to me please. I have activated the warranty as instructed and attached copies of the order I have rang the contact number several times but no answer!

I am very happy with this phone. The iPhone arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly. The battery life is very good and the phone looks almost like new. Everything functions smoothly and the delivery was fast. Great value for the price. I definitely recommend it.

Ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max in excellent condition. What can I say , arrived 2 days earlier then expected delivery company paid for special signed for next day delivery , very well packaged , phone looks like new not a mark on it , battery percentage 93% which is brilliant , included with phone was a new usb charger , fast charge plug and premium quality screen protector . For a refurbished phone it’s excellent and would purchase again from these guys . Well done and thank you .

When I first bought this phone I was really pleased with it. It was pretty much as good as a new phone condition wise and it's probably my favourite iPhone model. Amazing functionality and a pretty good camera, even compared with the latest models. The price was really good for that model at that time. However, the screen had obviously been replaced with a cheaper alternative as part of the refurb and it failed in less than 12 months. I am pretty careful not to damage my phone, I always use a case and a screen protector. However, after nearly a year lines began to appear on the screen and it started looking scrambled from time to time. I can't say I never dropped it but it certainly didn't get any major trauma, and was always protected in a case. Fortunately I was within the 1 year fix or replace window and I sent it off to be repaired. This was done at no cost and when they sent it back it was once again brand new seeming. But, almost exactly a year later the same thing happened again. Lines appeared on the phone but this time the right hand side of the screen stopped responding or when you touched it it would have mixed results. It is now not cost effective to get it fixed. I really loved this phone and the price was great but I would be wary of the screen. If you do get one of these i would advise you use a solid case that will minimise the chance that the screen could go wrong.
