GORILLAPLANET 2 Clear & Transparent Passport Protective Covers

I bought this to protect my new passport, since my old one ripped a bit. It seems sturdy, hopefully it does a good job. It's a two-pack so I gave one to my partner, and it has a perfect little pocket to keep his residency permit card together with his passport. My passport is Swedish and his is pre-brexit UK and the covers fit both perfectly (they are the same size).

I bought these for my UK and Irish passports and was a bit worried as many reviews of all these holders disagree on whether they actually fit ROI passports. In my opinion these are perfect for both although you can see it is a snug fit for the Irish one but I don’t mind and imagine with time it will loosen slightly so the front cover stays laying down. Either way doesn’t bother me and think they do the job perfectly.

I’ve been through 3 or 4 different sellers/products from Amazon trying to find the right passport cover (similar to the ones I purchased years ago & are no longer available) •It’s actually Transparent! No frosting or poor plastic. •It is fairly snug - not quite as tight fitting as my previous cover, but close enough. •And the thickness/quality of the plastic is good!! *Fits the new/blue/Brexit UK passport.

Great value for money especially as the price includes two wallets. Fit perfectly around the new blue UK passports allowing one to open the passport at immigration when entering or leaving the country without having to remove the passport. Excellent quality and appears to be hard wearing allowing the passport to be seen through the acryllic whilst fully protecting it. At this price if it only last two or three years its a bargain but I would expect it to last far longer due to the quality. Highly recommended to keep your passport in pristine condition.

Bought for two Irish passport covers and they did not fit

Fits my husbands Romanian passport but DOES NOT for my Irish passport. TOO SMALL. Pity.

I bought these passport covers for two reasons: one, to protect my passports from damage, and two, to have a little sleeve for luggage receipts etc. I travelled across asia for several weeks and they've held up well! Some airport/border staff took the cover off, some didn't, but it was never an issue since they're quick to slide off if need be. As for the sleeve at the back? AMAZING. It's such a little thing, but so useful for all the little bits of paper - luggage receipts, immigration papers, tickets - that my travel companions were genuinely jealous since they didn't have one! Definitely recommend. Either keep both for yourself or share with someone.
