Hot Flashes Reduced
My Bio-identical MD put me on this product when I was experiencing hot flashes so intense and were occurring every 15 to 20 minutes. This reduced it by at least 80 %. I was able to sleep at night for at least 4 or 5 hours with out disruption. It may not work for everyone, we all have different chemistry. Give it at least a month, maybe two. It could take some patience. But this was amazing for me.
