ASURION 2 Year Laptop Protection Plan ($300 - $349.99)

My daughter’s computer fell off her bed and the touchscreen broke, causing the keyboard not to work either. She filled out all the information and we received instructions on how to send it in. Asurion kept us in the loop with where the computer was, which process it was in, and when they were sending it back. I had no worries or concerns because of this. They had it back to her within 7 working days. Fantastic protection company.

Amazon nor the vendor did anything to help me after tjeir laptop starght up stopped charhing after only three months... A disgrace! If it wasn't for Asurion, I'd be going crazy because I would have to spend extra money for another laptop. Their resolution and customer service was top tier.

Awesome! Asurion was very responsive and processed my claim quickly. The laptop I had purchased stopped working after a few months and lucky for me I had this protection. They sent me a box to package my laptop and ship it to them through UPS. They kept me updated on the repair process and when they identified that the laptop could not be repaired, I was refunded the price I paid on Amazon.

Our son’s chromebook had a cracked screen that we sent in for repair. Rather than repairing it and sending it back to us, Asurion told us they would just reimburse us. So they sent us an Amazon gift card for the price of the Chromebook before taxes and the insurance plan which was $88 less than what we spent in total. So instead of a traditional coverage plan like you might receive at Best Buy or Costco that either repairs or replaces the item, Asurion DOES NOT ensure that you are covered for the full price you paid, so buyer beware. I called and attempted to decline the gift card and have them ship the chromebook back to me so we can have it repaired locally and Asurion told me that was not an option and the device was already sent off for either recycling or, more likely, repair and resale. We opted to purchase my sons replacement chromebook from Costco with an Allstate protection plan which we have used in the past and covers the full price paid when incidents occur.

Last time I hadn’t bought the protection plan for my MacBook because I thought “nothing going to happen”, but ofc something did happen and it broke and it was going to cost $500 to fix it so I ended up just buying a new one. This time when I bought it, I bought the protection plan just in case anything were to happen like last time. I’m so glad that I did cause liquid medicine spilt on it and it IMMEDIATELY shut off and stopped working. I was panicking until I remembered that I had the protection plan. So I submitted my claim and they sent me all the materials I needed to shop my computer for FREE and they fixed it FOR FREE TOO!! They sent it back after about 2 weeks though as they had to get new parts for it! But trust me just buy it that way u don’t have to spend so much money to fix it later on.

I purchased the ASURION 2 Year Accident Protection Plan for my HP Laptop. The Protection Plan did just what they said they would do, "We Fixed It"! I tripped over the AC Adapter while charging my HP Laptop, and it fell to the corner of the charging port, which I was unable to connect the adapter to charge the laptop. I called ASURION, explained what happened, the Representative was very compassionate and accommodating to my computer issues as well as my various concerns in restoring the services. I was impressed at the expedient service provided in repairing my laptop. I received the padded return box(es) and labels, shipped off the box to ASURION, and within three days my laptop (in returned box), was sitting on my front porch! In disbelief, I did not open the box for two days thinking they made a mistake (contacting the company), UPS sent the box back to me because the label was printed incorrectly. Opening the box, my laptop was repackaging, fixed, dig this, my icons and pictures were still on the desktop, "unbelievable", my laptop was working great! Now, my only “complaint" is ... the nicks on the casing of the laptop and on the cord, mine did not have that, it was barely used. As the saying goes "nothing is perfect, but their service was"! Thank you ASURION.

I’m glad I bought insurance protection for my laptop. Asurion was prompt to resolve my problem.
