So Great!! I had the other expensive brand Cup Ph*ne Holder that starts with a W. I had the extension kit and it broke... Searched & Searched and found this TopGo Holder. 200x better!! Thick plastic, doesn't wobble around like my previous expensive brand. This has a soft landing pad, unlike my previous expensive brand, so it doesn't make rattling sounds. Fits firmly in the cup holder, doesn't budge. I am super happy with this phone mount. Thick plastic, rounded smooth edges. The height and swivel puts the phone at the ultimate angle, it's a perfect match!!! I wish I found this first!! Better quality than the expensive other brand... Get this TopGo, it's great!!

This thing works really well. It seems a little wobbly, but overall it does the job! I had purchased another brand that was similar but had a gooseneck and it broke right away. This one seems to be holding up very well. I mounted it in the center hole between the two cupholders, that is most likely for when there is a mug with a handle in the cupholder,.in my truck as to still have both cupholders open for the driver and passenger, and it was small enough to fit in that spot.

Love the design, quality and functionality of this piece. Can’t say enough about it. I’ve used two bendable phone holders previously. Not even worth mentioning. This phone holder has changed the vehicle cockpit for me. Phone is rigid. Adjustments are smooth and flawless. Height perfect. Good grief I struggled with those flexible holders for way too long. I’m thinking I’ll never have to buy another after purchasing this spectacular item. I’m going to the grave with this. I’m that impressed. If for some reason this fails me moving forward I will absolutely update this review. Odds are? Probably not. Buy this and install it correctly and you too will not be disappointed.

Ok , opinion time and right now I am very angry ! Why you may ask ? Not because of a poor product. Oh hell no ! The cupholder mount was excellent in my honest opinion. It stayed secure in the cup holder even after accidentally bopping it a few times reaching over to the passenger seat . No ...what I'm angry at is my overly anal control freak boss , who doesn't approve of that style mount. It has to be on the windshield or dashboard in my vision field. I could see phone perfectly from my peripheral vision ,plus I don't need to stare at it when I'm using the GPS. But it's HER van so I have no choice but to do as she bitches until I find a new job. Ok enough venting...back to the holder itself. My phone stayed secure in it and it did open and close with ease. Very durable. It will shake a little bit that's to be expected on most cell phone holders. 5 stats from me. Oh and if you all choose this or any other cup style holders , make sure if it's for work , you don't have an overly anal boss .

I rate TOPGO with a 5 for excellence in customer service. I bought the TOPGO Cup Holder Phone Mount, JC1, and my first observation was that the packaging was first class; and right on the box was a Guarantee with an email address. The website was just above it. The product pamphlet and an additional customer service card were included and I thought this was well executed. WHY? Well, just shy of a year after very heavy usage, I stripped the tightening mechanism of the product and I reached out to the company by chat, then email follow up. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. They acknowledged my product failure situation and were quick to apologize. In fact, the CEO herself was apparently answering weekend chats so I was impressed by that. I then followed up by email with extensive feedback for which they again acknowledged, appreciated, and informed accordingly. Within days, a new replacement arrived. Overall, this company based out of China but serviced through some company out of California is on point with their product and customer service. I recommend the product and indeed the customer service.
