Le Creuset Pepper Mill, 8" x 2 1/2", Sea Salt

We had different salt and pepper grinders in the past that eventually broke. I wanted something that was not plastic. We really like Le Creuset products and have always had good luck with them. I know these are pricey compared to other options, however, this is an example of you get what you pay for. The salt one “leaks” a little salt after use, but if you give it a little shake before putting it down the salt residue comes off and you can avoid any mess.

This was beautiful and quality superb. I did return it due to being too large but that was my fault. If they had shorter ones, I would buy.

When this pepper grinder arrived, I had to admit being initially turned off by the plastic body. However, the flaming orange color I chose looked amazing. It also worked perfectly. We've now used it heavily over a month, refilling it multiple times, and I am still impressed. As others have said, it isn't really adjustable. But the default grind is perfect. This is used on the dinner table, and the whole family loves the ground pepper it delivers. I couldn't be happier with it. Will it hold up over the long run? I don't know, but for now it is a solid five stars. Will revise if quality issues happen down the road.

I searched high and low for this Peppermill. It has a high-quality grinder and it’s easily adjustable. I do wish that the adjustment were notched and not just tightening the top bolt or loosening. The best thing about this meal is that it is super easy to refill. My household uses a lot of fresh ground pepper, and I have to refill the mill pretty often. No other Peppermill that I found is as easy to refill as this one.
