Held strong, didn't deform, and didn't strip out the bolt head. Can't ask for much more than that.

If you are looking at this review it's cause you own a VW or Audi vehicle. When it comes to specialty tools, just pay the high price and it will work.

I bought a different socket from a different manufacturer before buying this one and that one snapped in half. So I bought this one since it had better reviews and it worked out. I had a cam adjuster bolt on a VW 2.0t FSI engine that was super stuck and had to use 450lbs impact with this socket. And it did not break and the bit fit perfect. This is a big deal since the bit is small and impact went on for about 15 minutes.

Best brand for a Poly Drive. The one that comes in the timing and cam holder kit I bought on here didn't fit at all. This one is perfect.

I cannot comment much about tool as it is still in its packaging but it looks promising and everybody else has confirmed it is the best tool for the job. I bought it to do the cam chain job and after I change my oil to a thicker oil 10 W40 I have no more chain noise that made the car sounded like a diesel engine.
