This product was purchased in October as there was a sale, and I was gifting my daughters a trip to Disneyworld in February but giving it to them at Christmas. The suitcases were wrapped, in the boxes they came in and only opened on Christmas day, where we immediatley put them in my closet for safe keeping to use on their trip. I packed my 8 year old daughter for two days, which consisted of , 2 sets of pajamas, 2 outfits for the parts, 2 pajamas, a pair of sneakers, slippers, and swim goggles. I also put my ow toiletry bag in her suitcase and a one of my own outfits. Clearly, this was not at all overpacking or stuffing the bag. AS WE WERE WALKING TO OUR CAR TO BE PICKED UP TO GO TO THE AIRPORT. my husband said my daughter bag was unzipped. It was not unzipped, it had TOTALLY broken. The zipper is faulty, and I had to rush in the house and find another bag to quickly pack her in. I am glad this did not happen on the way to the airport. My other daughters bag was sent both ways inside a plastic bag used for car seats to be sure it did not open enroute. I would like my money back. I can show there is absolutely no wear and tear on this bag, and any marks on the wheels would be consistent with literally wheeling this outside of my house to my car on my driveway. Please refund this product. I am happy to send it back, we can not even use it.

This 25" Rolling Luggage displaying Disney's Mickey Mouse holds alot and is perfect to take on a week long cruise! It is lightweight, has extendable handle, and rolls smooth. The luggage expands to hold more if needed. The ABS(?) plastic is is hard yet lightweight, however is prone to denting and damage so even though this is 'checked' luggage size, I personally would not check it for any distant airline travel, it doesn't look like it would hold up to multiple abuses the airlines do. That being said, the luggage held up fine from house to car to port to porter to cabin and back with no issues. The silver color stand out and is very shiny! Cute and a must have for any Disney Fans!

We ordered two of these for our first trip to Hawaii. We had looked locally at first and identified the size we felt was appropriate for us which was the 28” model. Not only are they stylish (not that it matters really) but they had the extra feature for when you over stuff the luggage and also had the inside stretch straps to keep clothing together. Also had inside pouches for toiletry type stuff, and a zip close section for the other half of the lid with 2 more large pouches. Pretty solid and felt the value was there too.

Below is my original post, but I had to do an updated post. Customer service is great and sent me a new luggage. The plastic burst around a wheel the second time we used this luggage. I bought it in May and used it for the second time in October and the plastic shattered. Weak point in the design.

As many others have noted, the quality of this suitcase is inferior. The drawing card was that, even though it was definitely not cheap, it catered to Disney fans. Bought this as an Xmas present for my Disney fan daughter and the very first trip, the zipper completely broke at the airport! What a waste of money. Don't buy!

My husband is a BIG Disney fan and I got this for his birthday in March. He loves it ! Well constructed and rolls well in airports!

One of 4 wheel housings collapsed into the body of the suitcase on the very first trip for both of the 2 exact same bags that we had. Both were brand new and identical. (It was the largest size ones only that had the obvious defect) To be clear I bought the 3 piece set via Amazon.ca as well as one separate one of the largest size via Amazon.com as it was not available individually on Amazon.ca. Above pictures are of the 2 separate bags. Note damage in exact same way on exact same wheel of both bags. Obvious Defect!

This luggage is garbage fell apart the first time I used it it was not over packed the zipper Broke the stitching came out and the case itself cracked ! I did get a refund however I was away and had to go buy a new suitcase to get home quality is not there
