I liked the selenium pills as they had no flavour, were a very good size for me. I find very small ones tricky to handle. these are just right. I have had 2 jars now and think they are very helpful to my happy mood.

I opened this capsule its not got the eggy pure selenium smell it's pure rice powder. Did nothing for the thyroid. No wonder it's cheap and 180 capsules full of powder.

On one side of the packaging it says no wheat, no milk, no fish. On the other it says it's packaged in a facility that handles all these allergens. Which is it?! Reading the label saved me a whole week of pain.

I bought this Selenium to take with Vitamin E so that together, they help my body to not be hit hard by Herxing from doing the Silver+Aloe Protocol for SIBO. It helped me so well to continue to be functional and normal, despite the herxing happening from the die-off of the pathogens in my digestive track. I went on a trip for a few days and forgot to take the Selenium capsules. That was a big mistake. The whole 6 days I was out of state, my body bloated, my mind was foggy, I experienced confusion, systemic inflammation and lethargy. I use this for Grave’s eye disease from hyper thyroid. Works well. Have to stay away from smokers but my eyes are not bulging.
