They come as a set but if you have a homebargins shop near you they sell them separately in there

Yes, they stack! Don’t know why two people have claimed they don’t. Just turn them alternate ways so the handles support the ends of the top one.

Q: Can they be used in the freezer

I suspect not. The description specifies just about everything except freezer use.
