Sure it does not reach the complexity of high end belgian couverture chocolates, thus not perfect for baking. But whatever one dimensional smokey flavour it has, does the job for my snacking need. It is not as sour/bitter as some batches of the usual (orange black packaging) amul dark chocolates. Cocoa butter content is sufficient (not the case in amul milk chocolates) giving me good mouthfeel. Of course, storage at a cool place and avoiding temperature fluctuation is mandatory to preserve this smooth texture.

The chocolate is tasty, even though some sugar content is included you feel less guilty due to its taste.

Not Cadmium free
Overall value for money but I was seeking for Cadmium free chocolate which is rare. Otherwise it's good 👍
