Tilting Stone Wet Grinder/Chocolate Melanger - 5 Ltrs Capacity

I bought the 20 liter melanger in 2021 for my growing chocolate manufacturing business. I ran this thing day and night non-stop only stopping to quickly dump the 100 Lbs. batch and dump in 75 lbs. of nibs and 25 lbs. of sugar. The machine did the rest. This thing is a beast! It would run sometimes 7 days non-stop. The rest of the time it only stopped a couple minutes or maybe an hour if I had to disassemble and clean after 100 lbs. of Milk chocolate when I was going back to Dark. Eventually, after almost a year of this type abuse the gearbox went out. I don’t know why other people had bad experiences with customer service, but I had probably the BEST customer service. The owner of the company found me a gearbox and sent it. Not only was he professional and attentive, but he had a collaborative approach to get my problem solved ASAP. I was SO impressed by his customer service that I bought 3 more 20 liter melangers from him. By the way, his equipment is still running strong 24-7.

I used this machine foe less than a month and it broke and stopped rotating. No local support or any way to get help to fix it. This is just ridiculous. Looks like I got an old machine with a new motor in it but an old gear box that wore out rendering my machine useless..and causing major production delays.
