Robotic sound
I bought this for My Ielts test, the sound quality of headphone isn’t clear and my voice liked robotic, i always listening my self for my assessment , and i’m not satisfied of quality despite the value of money I spent

FOUR Significant Issues
1. This set is really uncomfortable. It squeezes so tight on my ears, and the pads are hard, so it makes my ears hurt from pressing against the earpieces of my glasses. 2. Every time I mute the mic, it won't unmute. The light goes off, but the mic doesn't actually come back on. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. EDIT: It just does this randomly somtimes, too. 3. ADDED - I thought I just had to get used to them, but they really don't sound good. Too much bass and NO treble. I bought this to replace another headset that had intermittent connection problems, but this one is not much more reliable, so i am going back to the old one. This was a bad purchase. 4. ALSO added... I was informed today that the mic sounds bad.

For the price hard to beat.
Microphone sound cancellation is some of the best I have tried in out open office environment. Headphone passive noise blocking at stated as 75% and for my use that works fine. When meeting remotely with others I can hear them easily over the remaining background. When looking for no distractions at all while concentrating a low volume white noise application leaves me in disturbed. Fits me well, the volume and mute controls on the cord are easy to use and effective. I bought a second one for home when I work there.

It's not compatible with my hair clips. But it works good and I needed it for my job and I feel like it's a great deal.

Great Headphones
I am a computer tech in a call center. I use these for taking phone calls, on 10 hour shifts. Call quality is excellent, extremely clear. The ear pads fit over my ears I have big ears. The ear pads are very comfortable. The volume up, down and the mute work perfect. For the price and the quality you get, you can't beat this. Highly recommended.
