The phone is amazing and honestly beat my expectations! The paint from the phones color was a bit ruined and scratched up on the side, but other than that, it’s in perfect condition!

The phone works. It’s a little slow but for the price it’s as good if not better than can be expected and holds a charge all day no problem. The main reason for five stars is the screen. The day after I got this phone I tripped and dropped it face down in a parking lot and broke four nice holes in the screen, I had no idea at the time, but apparently this phone ships with a discreet screen protector. Since then, (I work in a warehouse) this phone has been dropped, tossed, stepped on, and other warehouse activities, the screen protector is shot to hell, but I just removed it to replace and the phone itself is pristine. Definitely impressed. The one thing I will say is soon after I got it. Before the warehouse problems, the .5 camera lens shattered out completely for some reason when nothing had happened to it and it was not previously cracked. But other than that everything is great.

The phone itself? It could've fooled me for brand new. This experience really hammered home the lesson that when it comes to refurbished goods, the "who" is just as crucial as the "what." The quality and condition of the product can vary wildly depending on the seller. Hybrid IT sent out an excellent product that exceeded our expectations in every way. I needed a new unlocked iPhone for my wife, since her 6 plus cannot run on any recent IOS iterations and is getting dropped by our mobile carrier. Sooo, a used 11 seemed a logical choice, since her needs are minimal. I have one as well and love it (no plans to upgrade). After hunting around for about a week, I finally committed. The phone arrived early and properly packaged. There were some scratches on the edges, but only one of note. It even had a (perfect) screen protector. It was unlocked, easy to set up, and seems to run flawlessly. The battery reserve so far is okay, although iPhone Settings claim it is an aftermarket replacement, and cannot tell me anything about battery health. Battery issues ae commonly reported with used phones, but mine seems fine. A couple of minor issues. While the edge scratches were not functional, they were borderline for condition rated as "excellent." Also, when ordering, play the extra $5 for FedEx or UPS delivery. Ours came USPS and arrived unexpected early. It was left on the top of our mailbox, but I was able to get it before heading off for a short trip. To sum up, this was a good phone at a decent price (about$225 with 128 GB memory). When my phone needs replacement, I would go with this seller again, but would not buy anything rated less than "excellent condition".

I didn't want a new phone and I definitely didn't want to pay so I went to the refurbishing option. I did extensive research in the reviews and can honestly say the purple iPhone 11 was the best choice. I have had this for 2 years and its still going strong. It updates like the standard iPhones and is a great way to recycle the materials we already use. The battery capacity has gone down in increments but it still works and I splurged on the storage. I highly recommend it as a temporary and permanent phone. I got exactly what I was looking for but I advise everyone who is interested in refurbished items to DO YOUR RESEARCH.

I still have the phone almost 4 years later and the phone is in perfect condition even after I dropped it a million times but I have a super heavy duty case, camera lens protectors, and a military grade screen protector on it.

This phone is in perfect condition and haven't had any technical problems. If your on a budget and need a phone I would recommend getting the iPhone 11. I like ordering it from Amazon because you need to provide a code now a days in order for them to deliver high ticket items. A few years ago I ordered a renewed iPhone and the Amazon employee ended up stealing it, but there was no way to prove that it was the driver. I like the fact that the screen is big and it makes it easier to see. I'd say this iPhone is pretty durable. I thought the glass on the back would shatter once its dropped even with a case on but its held up fine. The color choice did not matter to me just because I carry a case on it, but depending on the color will also vary the price a little bit!

Love this phone, it worked right out of the box with no issues. Doesn't work as well bc of IOS 26, but thats not the sellers fault so Im keeping 5 stars. Still using it today, and have been for about a year and a half Update The charging port is messed up so now I have to wireless charge it and I can’t use plug-in earbuds. For a while it would charge at a certain angle but now it’s cooked. This is after a year of moderate use, and since it’s used it’s not entirely unexpected, I just wished it could have gone another year or so, plus it started having serious issues with IOS 26 (maps not working, very slow when in low power mode, ca get very hot on occasion, etc.), not the seller’s fault obv. just thought I should mention it
