This is wonderful, makes me sleep all night.

I have used this product for more years than I can count. My MD put me on it for night time leg cramps and constipation. It helps on all fronts. Great product.

Been taking it for years.. I was waking up at night with severe leg cramps, went to a holistic nutritionist who told me to take them before bed and no more leg cramps.. if i stop taking thinking they are gone, they come back.

I don't love buying this on Amazon, I prefer buying from my chiropractor, fullscript, or direct from Biotics--but that being said, this is the BEST magnesium. I have IBS-C managed with diet and supplementation and lets just say I know when I have forgotten to take this. I have also tried several magnesiums, and none come close. I wish it was a touch cheaper--but you do get what you pay for. Knocking off a star because of cost, and so folks know this is a legit review.

My naturopathic physician recommended these. I take them for muscle cramps, and I also take them at night to sleep. I take four daily. And I love these are certified gluten-free no cross contamination! I buy so many products that say gluten free and then after I try them they make me sick and then I call the company and I find out that their cross-contaminated with gluten from the factory. If their cross-contaminated or any contaminated they're not gluten free! These are!! Thank you Botics Research for making clean, honest, transparent ingredients and great products!

A friend had recommended these to me to use at night to help me sleep - and when I tell you I have the best sleep when I take these, it’s the absolute truth! After taking a capsule, on average it’ll take me 30 minutes to fall asleep, and I stay asleep all night, waking up feeling well rested. I love that this is a supplement and not a medication that I can use safely to help me sleep!
