I recently installed some DIY under cabinet lighting, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation process was a breeze—no complicated tools or wiring required. They really elevate the look of my cabinets, adding a warm ambiance. If you're looking to brighten up your space effortlessly, I highly recommend giving these a try!

These lights worked great for my application. Easy to install, easy to use. Generous amounts of wire on the lights, and plenty of light for a small display shelf (my shelf is 24" wide, 5" deep, 42" tall). A word of caution: Do not plug the wires into the 'hub' until you've completed getting all the wires installed where you want them, it's very difficult to disconnect the clip on the end of the wire from the hub once installed (ask me how I know!)

We decided to refurbish the old built in wall unit in our living room, and adding lights to each of the shelves was one important element. When I found these I was really happy and it turns out they were the perfect choice. I bought two sets (4 lights each) and that was enough to light both sides of the bookcase. I opted for installing the strips with the provided screws, but the adhesive strips work just as well. one word of caution: If you need to cut the wires for any reason (I had to extend the top lights to get the wires to reach to the bottom) make sure that you wire the positive terminal to the positive wires, otherwise the lights will not work. The best way is to mark one side of the wire with a marking pen so you can easily identify which wires go together.

Similar to many other reviews, they are not as bright as I would like, but they are easy to install, and serve the purpose for which I purchased them. I installed inside a 4 shelf self standing cabinet (antique). They provide light on every shelf. The long wires allowed me to place the transformer in a convenient location to access the on-off switch and pull each lead back to the junction bus provided. The low voltage, low heat makes these ideal to mount inside a cabinet where other fixtures would be too hot and be a fire hazard. Over all I am very satisfied but would have prefered them to be brighter. A suggestion to improve them would be to supply cheap little wedge shaped plastic shims with a hole aligned with the current mounting holes, one for each end. This way the lights could be canted or aimed back a little bit simply by lining up the hole in the wedge and the hole in the mounting piece on either end, then running the screw through both pieces.

I really didn't want to go with the wireless under cabinet lighting because I didn't feel like replacing batteries often and didn't want to put forth the time and money to install hardwired under cabinet lighting. The next best thing is this item because you get the brightness of hardwired under cabinet lighting and don't have to replace batteries. The length of cords comes just right and with plenty of slack to deal with those differently spaced cabinets, allowing you to show your cabinets in their entirety, not just a small section and not having to splice wire in for those extended reaches. The fact that these are bar lights makes the lighting look more professional and evenly distributed across the cabinets, not just beamed over a small section as many puck or circular lights do. 4 lights is the perfect amount too so you don't have to buy two 3 packs or one 8 pack. The bar lights are thin and easily hide under the lip of the cabinet making them invisible which adds to the touch of a professional installation and making them easily invisible. The lighting is bright and the placement of the switch was easy. I love that these lights come with screw mounting options as the adhesive will likely wear off after time and I prefer to screw them in because of that. After my first order and satisfaction I bought another set for upper cabinet accent lighting. Easy installation, great price, and the best choice for those new to cabinet lighting and looking for the best budget friendly option. The only thing I wish I could find in cabinet lighting is a wireless or modular switch I could attach next to the current light switch. But for the price this item can't be beat!

Been using these in multiple display cabinets for the past three years. They’re just as bright as when I first installed them and the power switch has never failed on any of them. Highly recommended.

Perfect lighting! Easy to install .

I have a Detolf 4 tier glass shelf that I wanted to accent with lighting. This seemed like the perfect solution. When I received the unit I test mocked up the measurements and everything seemed to light up well enough but before installation I wanted to test the actual lighting output before installing on each shelf. Luckily I did. The actual output of the LED is underwhelming. I'm in a corner office with limited lighting in general and the LED gave barely enough to seem "dim" if you are looking for super low super dim lighting this is for you. My collectibles were not able be seen in any detail of this LED kit. I have action figures comics etc and unfortunately the lighting did not work for my solution. Again I am looking for bright LED to accent and show the details of my collectibles. I'm not looking to just light up for mood lighting or anything. 1 star = low bright light compared to what was shown in examples it doesn't give that much lighting affect. For my application the photos from stock doesn't output the amount of lighting as advertised. Pros = For a Detolf the wiring is simple and seemed easier than most kits. Concerns = the mechanisms i would double tape down at the joints just to reinforce them. Cons = lighting is super low not bright as advertised in stock photos and I based my purchased against as advertised LED. For my display I was looking for bright LED and this did not do it for me. Might be good for your solution just not mine. Always be hunting...

These lights are great. I’ve purchased 4 sets of these over the last year. I use them in my glass IKEA cabinets to light up the shelves. Easy to install with the included double sided tape. They also come with screws. These lights have about a five foot long electrical cord that plug into a central hub. The cord leaving the hub to the switch is approximately two feet long with a longer six foot cord coming off of that to plug it in. My very first set of lights are still going strong after over a year of continuous use. Look no further for your next set of accent lighting.

The brightness is fairly dim as advertised, good for non intrusive lighting, and enough to see what you need in a case or cabinet. The build quality is absolutely great, and the mounting options are there. My only issue is that the beam of white light is very narrow for a small space (see my picture) and needs to be high above any object it lights, because the edges of the lights are yellow, and very visible, perhaps taking at least 1/3rd of the output.
