Roll-Board Extension Trainer, Dark Grey/Orange (Discontinued)

This is a great product for abs workouts and overall strength exercises. I started using one at my training gym, and liked it so much that I bought one for home. Extremely well-built, attractively designed (for workout gear), and comes with good instructional chart and dvd.

it a good product its made well but I would like for the wheels to move around the wheels roll in one way.
