Great for the price
To start off, yes the build quality isn't great, but for the price its pretty amazing, you get a fairly decent computing experience with a keyboard, full size USB port along with USB c, removable keyboard and 6gb of ram. Overall I'm amazed, I was really worried about the quality on this, it was bought as a present for a relative who isn't computer savvy. They get on with it well, enjoy the touch screen, which is surprisingly responsive for its price point and to me decent quality picture for what it is, doesn't heat up too much. Battery life isn't great, but again, the price! If this was double the price I couldn't recommend it, but the detachable keyboard 2 in 1 market is sadly very lacking, I've been a big fan of this type of device and have used them in the past albeit slightly more upmarket. I didn't want to leave a review until we had it for a few months, as honestly I was expecting it to fail after a week, when I bought it there wasn't a huge amount of reviews, either high praise of high criticism, if your comparing this to a surface book you'll be disappointed, if your comparing this to a cheap android tablet you will probably be overjoyed, full size USB is something I sorely miss on most tablets! Web camera isn't great, but again, for the price its good enough, it works, colour reproduction isn't brilliant but its good enough for skype

Awful.
I've worked in IT for years and this is the worst product I've seen. We'll start with the instruction manual. It's an instruction manual for Windows 10; not the device. It took me ten minutes to find the button, another five to wonder why it doesn't work and I only managed to turn it on by finding an obscure troubleshooting section that said hold it down for five seconds. How many of you have had to hold down a power button instead of a simple press? Secondly, the keyboard layout is bizarre. Numbers are prioritised over letters, hence for a third of the keyboard you need to hold down Fn to type a letter. For the @ symbol you need to hold down the Fn and Shift key. The device itself is shoddy. I recently shut it down and now I'm struggling to turn it back on again. Thirdly, the power cable is loose when you put it in. The tablet also doesn't completely slot into the keyboard, and whenever you close it you'll find it's always loose on one side or the other. I like the idea of a small, weightless laptop, but this product is a gimmick at best.

Excellent screen but small speaker and CPU a bit slow. Excellent after sales service.
The laptop does the basic job well . I like the touch screen's high resolution. The speaker volume is however small even at maximum setting. The processor is a bit slow if you run more than two applications in parallel. And the box says E3450 as oppose to E3950 CPU in the item description (!) The laptop I got had stop working after 8 months due to battery charging problem. I contacted the seller and got a replacement within 2 weeks. That's very much appreciated as we really need the laptop to support home learning. Overall I would say it's good value for money and a good experience.

Outstanding
Wao, what a great laptop cum tablet. Before I bout it I was confused to buy a non branded laptop but this is not just a common laptop. It has full abilities which every branded laptop has. Speed is awesome. Looks durable. Looks posh and a great size of the body. I am using it anywhere even in the car and it’s amazing. WiFi range is soo good which made me to give full marks to this laptop. I was somewhere where my phone was not getting WiFi signals but this laptop was working great and I had a amazing video chat with my friends. Honestly this laptop worths it’s price. I never thought I can get such a great value laptop on such a great price. Thanks seller.

Initially was impressed, but some little things turned out to be a real pain.
Arrived well packaged in named box. On first switch on it ran a vocal instruction to help with the set up which was quite impressive and first thoughts were wow this is great for the price. Everything installed and worked a treat, a decent screen and ran everything without any lag. The detachable screen worked fine although the removal and re-attaching of it always felt like i was going to break it as you have to pull and push quite hard, but it was fine. The keyboard was the first thing to cause a problem, it comes with a UK keyboard overlay, which fitted perfectly but it does not translate correctly, the lack of a clear manual did not explain that pressing F11 to toggle between UK and it's home keyboard so when you enter your password it displays as incorrect and we couldn't get in to it for a while! Then after 2 months the charger, which never fitted in the Jumper correctly (sort of half hung out) stopped charging, but to give them their due they replaced it very quickly. Today 6 months later the Jumper has stopped charging and I've had to return under warranty. It's a shame that these small things have had such an impact on this machine, as for the money it's decent spec and handled everything we did on it. If you can put up with the keyboard thing and your lucky with the charger/port then go for it. I'm quite sad to return it but I have gone for an Asus because that keyboard just wasn't working for me.

Long battery life, Sleek designs.
This is actually one of the best tablet i've used. Very light to carry, handy and most importantly affordable. This laptop can do all it says and more. Great build and so far plenty of ram for all our video editing and the pen is amazing. With both right and left click functions as well as a great display. Long battery life, Sleek designs and Touch screen Speed. This is a great bang for your buck machine and I am ordering 10 more through the company I work for as it is the one of the best on the market at the moment.

The keyboard sticks a ton
Good overall, but the keyboard doesn't allow me to use the T, Y or Backspace which really interferes with my ability to work. Tried to find a way to message the seller and couldn't. Disappointed really.
