I have purchased 3 of these and I use them every time I fly or in crowded conditions surrounded by people. I have never gotten sick when I have used the AirTamer and I recommend it to everyone I know who travels. My daughter and her husband used it recently for a trip to Egypt and neither got sick. My husband and I travel every year and wear it on airplanes and in airports with amazing results. My husband usually gets a cold whenever he flies but no sickness using the AirTamer. The model that I bought has a"refill" that isn't expensive and has allowed the AirTamer to last for years!

We've used AirTamer personal air purifiers for 4 years. The model that we use now has a replaceable front cover that is magnetic. These replacement covers are great because when the brush on them wears down, you only have to replace the magnetic cover, not the entire air purifier. I've only had a respiratory infection once in 4 years, and I think it was because when I traveled, I forgot to bring the charger with me, and I was traveling by air and then attending events with large groups of preople.
