Ezekiel 4:9, Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal, Original, 16 oz (454 g) by Food For Life

I love this cereal. I haven't had a healthy cereal alternative for years and had given up. This one fills that need! It's crunchy and satisfying. I like to eat it with strawberries or bananas. It's very good 👍!

Excellent cereal

Healthy, lots of fiber and tastes pretty good. We dress it up with cinnamon and a touch of honey. It is expensive, but knowing we are eating healthy balances that for us.

I was not aware this cereal was quite so bland and difficult to chew.

After eating a bowl I knew I eat something real and good for me.

Item is fine but I realized it is cheaper to buy it in Whole Foods by about $1.50-2.00. I ordered it because Whole Foods had run out of it. This cereal was recommended by a doctor who likes foods to be natural. I eat it using plain, whole milk Greek yogurt instead of milk (for the protein) and blueberries. Delicious and healthy.

I have always been an Ezekiel fan, I love the breads the most! I enjoy eating healthy and the Ezekiel line is great for me! With the cereals just add thawed frozen or fresh fruit to your bowl :)
