Excellent water softener
Excellent product. It provides softened water as we use tanker water. Doesn't reduce tds but could see the benefits. I would recommend to try once.

Needs to be constantly used
Didn’t use the shower for a couple of weeks. Had to throw away the cartridge as the water couldn’t get through anymore. Soaking in water didn’t help. Was a pain

Received defective cartridge got replaced later
The media could not be loaded. I purchased cartilage from Amazon and it turned out to be a defective one.Update: complained to CC and got cartridge replaced in 3 days.Good service. Thank u.

Not compatible with WaterScience CLEO-SFU-423
Absolute useless, I purchased "WaterScience CLEO Hard Water Softener for Tap and Shower | Shower Filter for Bathroom | Hard Water Filter for Tap | for Borewell/Tanker Water - CLEO-SFU-423" and purchased this filter to replace the cartridge but it doesn't fit into it. Seller should provide more details on the compatibility with filters. Not providing such info forces customers to buy the new filters. I'm very much disappointed with this product.
