Green & Black's Organic White Chocolate Bar, 30% Cacao, 10 - 3.17 oz Bars

I recently tried Black and Green Organic White Chocolate, and it was an absolute delight! As someone who enjoys high-quality, organic treats, this chocolate exceeded my expectations. What I appreciate most is that it's made with organic ingredients, which gives it an added layer of appeal. It has a rich, creamy texture that melts beautifully in your mouth without being overly sweet. LOVED it!♥♥♥

**UPDATE! STILL 5 STARS!!!** So, I’m writing an update on this chocolate bar because they’ve gone above and beyond. I’ve ordered this white chocolate multiple times usually to make caramelized white chocolate to use in cookies, scones, or even frosting. This must have been the first time I ordered in the middle of summer. What arrived on my front porch was a larger box than usual, and heavier. I was surprised to find an insulated box with two ice packs inside with my chocolate!! 🤯 Same price, same buyer I ordered from. So awesome. Still 100% recommend!! *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Absolutely delicious. Even my husband likes it, and he usually refers to white chocolate as “fake chocolate”. The vanilla flavor is bold, and I really like that. I’m a home baker, and real Madagascar vanilla bean is wonderful and worth it’s weight in my opinion. I’m very excited to make caramelized white chocolate with these chocolate bars. We did a side by side taste test with some whites chocolate melting wafers I bought at the grocery store, and they were truly disgusting next to this chocolate.

This is by far my favorite white chocolate bar ever! I love that it comes from Italy. The flavor is so decadent and it just melts in your mouth. This is a normal sized chocolate bar, so no gimmicks there. The price is a bit steep, but in terms of being organic and coming from Italy, I'll definitely pay for this quality.

This is a good chocolate I but its not for me. I don't favor this because the vanilla flavor is so strong I don't taste cocoa or the vanilla competes with the cocoa. I just prefer white chocolate to taste like cocoa butter not vanilla. Or I should say only like vanilla. The package says 30% cocoa so I was disappointed with this. The bar actually reminds me of the artificially flavored white chocolate more sweet vanilla cream than anything that resembles cocoa butter let alone cocoa, liquors or chocolate solids . I won't purchase this brand I prefer the ones in the blue box but they are constantly out of stock on amazon.

I have bought this product before and know it's a great product. I also know white chocolate has a shorter shelf life than other types of chocolate because of the dairy content. Therefore, I was very disappointed to see the expiration date on this entire box is 1 month from the day I received it. When I purchased it, I wasn't counting on having to use the entire quantity in a month. It would be a great service to your customers if you could supply a product that isn't so close to expiring.

Smooth creamy white chocolate. Having eaten the bar...it kind of reminds me of a nice vanilla ice cream with most of the moisture removed. Tasty and condensed. Sweet and strongly vanilla. But why does the package say 30% cacao? I thought “cacao percentage” meant the actual cocoa solids in the bar - not the cocoa butter. White chocolate only has cocoa butter in it.

O my goodness. This is literally the best white chocolate I have ever tasted in my life and normally I don’t care for white chocolate. You can really taste the vanilla. It’s sooo delicious. The texture is so smooth and AMAZING! I bought this to use for a mirror glaze cake and it turned out better than I had hoped. It tasted so good and worked so good for the glaze. highly recommend!!

I never was never a big fan of white chocolate before because I could always taste the powdered/dry milk that is used in many of the recipes and find that flavor obnoxious. This doesn't have that taste at all, and is by far the best tasting white chocolate I've tried to date. It has made me a fan of white chocolate, even though there is not a shred of health benefit to it.
