I for these for my grandma too help her sleep at night plus there was so many in the bag so i don't have to replenish so often plus the taste is not bad. Hoping she can get more natural relief

I don't sleep well. I average about 3 hours a night of broken up sleep. I can't take prescriptions because they make me do weird things. I started at 5 mg of melatonin and my body laughed at me while I lay awake. Then 10, 15, 20mg. All brands. I take 2 of these and I'll get about 6 hours. For me, that's a win. That's a HUGE amount of sleep for me. Now, onto the pill. I like the flavor. It tastes good to me. Is it fast dissolve... yes and no. It's fast dissolve because I bite it with my front teeth, but i can suck on one of these for a good 15 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes for me to start getting sleepy. I like these. I'll be buying another bag when these are gone.

Decent .. but they do not dissolve fast .. they are like chewing on a rock . So hard , you might break a tooth. Other than that , they work well.

These tablets are small and crunchy. I tried to melt them under my tongue but ended up chewing and swallowing them. Doesn't matter though, I still fell off to sleep soon afterwards. They taste sweet and candy-like. This bag was very economical compared to 20 mg tablets that come in bottles and should last me a long time.

This product on the package says quick dissolve. It is not quick dissolve it takes about 20 minutes to get it down where I can actually chew it. It is very hard to the point I'm afraid it's going to break my teeth. Does have good flavor and it seems to work okay. Would not buy again.
