Talk Thru the Bible: A Quick Guide to Help You Get More Out of the Bible

I'm so glad I purchased this book to help me with the Bible class I'm taking called "Survey of the Old Testament". I have visual impairments so the larger text is very helpful. It's chock full of great graphics to help me study. I was having great difficulty reading the same graphics in my study Bible. I highly recommend this book suggested by our Pastor.

Love the practical content and organization.

I was very surprised at how easy this book is to follow. I like how it breaks each book of the Bible up into different sections and timeline. I was never good at knowing how to study the Bible but this has become a great help.

Excellent resource

This is the best one volume commentary on the Bible I have seen, and it is easy to read and understand. This is useful to initiate people into using commentaries for Bible study, to teach those young in faith about each book in the Bible, and to help people see some connections in the various books. I have a ThM degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Excellent book for reviewing and understanding the Bible. This is the second version of the book for me since using it in Bible College. Every Christian who is serious about reading and understanding the Bible should have this as study resource.

This book was recommended by a friend who uses his copy frequently to get a good overview of a book of the Bible as he begins his study of that book. He recommends it highly. We have browsed through the book and I agree with his assessment. It is a welcome addition to our library.
