Even with personalised engraving, this product arrived really quickly and looks really modern and stylish. I have had many positive comments about this mailbox from friends, postal workers and neighbours. It is totally waterproof, even through the terrible back to back storms we had for months, none of my mail got wet at all. Very easy to install, comes with 2 keys, which is handy. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and love the personalised touch with the addition of engraving. I would definitely recommend this product! A nice personal touch was that it arrived to me with a hand written note, to say that they are a small family run business, that they hoped that I liked the product; and direct number to call if I had any questions or problems. So it is also great to know that by purchasing it also supports small business. Great product, well worth the price.

Arrived very well packaged in a sturdy box inside another sturdy box. All corners had been well protected with corner cushions. Very pleased with the look of this mail box now it is mounted beside our front door in the porch. We needed a solution to the dogs racing through the house making a racket every time they heard the post being delivered and then chewing the mail. So mounting an external box to avoid mail coming through the letterbox seemed to be the solution and it works very well. It is a little fiddly to mount as you have to hold the flap open whilst trying to mark the position of the mounting holes and then again when trying to insert screws but it is manageable with one person. Two keys are supplied and the lock is neatly hidden behind the lift up flap. Whether it remains durable to the weather remains to be seen. My only niggle is that it would have been nice if there was a little flip up indicator that postie could set to indicate there is mail in the box to avoid having to open it every day to check.

There is nothing to dislike about this mail box. It looks very special next to my anthracite and stainless steel front door and as the name suggests, makes a statement without shouting. Arrived four days after order placed - I'm happy with that. Took fifteen minutes to mount on the wall. I used four thick rubber washers to prevent the screws touching the metal around the fixing holes. They are not essential but as mine is mounted on an uneven granite surface it allows for inconsistencies in the wall. Also, might stop electrolytic action between different metals, something I have learned from experience living close to the coast. Overall, an excellent product, slightly more expensive than others on the market but when you buy this you will understand why. I'm not uploading a photograph because the photo on the advert is a very good image and also you don't need to know my address but I did put my post code on the front as well.

Product was quite well put together and was quite easy to put on the wall. It looks really professional and has made the postman's job a bit easier.

I agonised for ages over this. We were renovating a whole house and this last bit just seemed very difficult to find. I wanted a modern looking exterior mail box. Most of those I could see were more traditional. The modern ones all seemed to have a slot for delivering newspapers into (less of a requirement now perhaps?). The remaining modern ones all seemed to have an exposed key hole which I think spoils the look or were too small (an exterior box can get full when you're away). This one fits the bill perfectly. It is large, well made and a great design. Looks smart and the professional personalisation is a nice touch (rather than me messing up stickers myself). It was delivered 5 days after ordering with excellent packaging to protect it, 2 keys, and 4 screws/rawl plugs for attaching to the wall. I highly recommend this product.

Not cheap, but has proved exceptionally useful. The box will take smaller type packages, and once dropped, they are secure as boxed screwed to the wall. Makes deliveries of smaller items easier and safer if you are not in.

A great looking modern letterbox. Quite big, so plenty of internal room. But will the postman, and the couriers realise that they have to lift the front flap to access the letter/packet slot??!! It remains to be seen if the lettering lasts - as it is made from decals. Otherwise extremely pleased - it exudes quality.
