💡All I wanted was a simple, inexpensive floor lamp for my spare bedroom; and this is it! Super ease to assemble (Although I suggest you make sure you keep pulling cord from base of the lamp so there is no slack while assembling [as mentioned in instructions]; otherwise you might have troubles screwing in the lamp post pieces straight.) 💡The base of the lamp isn't bad assemble correctly and tighten all parts, and place in a corner if you have rowdy kids and pets and no issues there because this will all help to prevent tip-overs, which I like. (It does not come with a remote control though so keep that in mind.) The lamp comes really well packed, too! I purchased foy my daughters bedroom. It doesn't seem to get really hot and nor does it give off a hot heat level if kept on. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why people are returning these lights. To me, this has been an absolute steal, and are overall excellent! So, please keep returning them so I can keep buying them at the lower price because I need three more. One for my dining room and one each for my two extra bedrooms. If you are on the fence… you need to buy this lamp. This light is absolutely excellent; a steal for resale price or even at regular price this is a steal. 💡Perfect lamp for me! Don’t listen to the negative views on this lamp. Buy this this lamp, it’s a great price for a good lamp. I could not ask for a better one at this price. In terms of a plastic shade, this is a good solid plastic. And if you don’t touch it, you don’t even know it’s plastic and is very appealing when it comes to how it looks. Its makes visibility in my daughters room perfect now. This lamp is on carpet and not shaky. I don’t expect it to fall. 💡This is a very good buy for me. That’s why I purchased a second one. No, I’m not a competitor or a paid reviewer. I am updating this, I forgot that it only cost $30. It is worth that. This was a bear to put together as one of the threaded pieces was bent and I could not get it out to straigthen. The top piece kept unscrewing because it was twisting the chord that is inside the tubed stand. The stand is noticeably leaning and not sure how to fix that. The threads a so fine even small pieces of the styrofoam packing will keep it from tightening and I am pretty sure that one that was bent is what is causing the lean. Still , it looks nice, and works fine. My outlet is controlled by a light switch and I have remote control bulbs so the fact that you have to turn each light on manually is not a factor for me.

Excellent. Tall. The bulb container at the top (unmovable) pointing to the ceiling, the second one (a little below) on a movable-arm pointing in any direction you want. The base is sturdy, heavy, and not wobbly, unlike the previous one I ordered and had to return. The shades are cute and easy to install: it requires to unscrew the rim of the bulb container, insert the shade, screw back the rim, then insert the light bulb. Easy peasy, and putting it together was easy too; mind you that I'm in my 70s with mild shaking hands. I'm using the stand without the shades, I think the light extends better. I must confess I'm not connecting this to the outlet, not yet: I'll be using it for usb rechargeable bulbs. I'm testing how low my electric bill will be if I use ONLY those bulbs in the living room and bedroom. ConEdison (NYC) is killing me! I have enough bulbs to use daily after sunset and recharge them when I go to bed. It's working so far, using ONE bulb a night (7-8hrs) in the bedroom. Last month bill showed a dramatic fall in the consumption graphic after having been using the bulbs for only the last week of December. Wish me good luck!! Buy this product. It's worth the price.

Needed additional light in bedroom, picked up this low price dual light manual lamp, and a 4pk of smart plugs. The light isn't the highest grade quality, but for the price, it's great. As I was assembling, the bottom rod connected to the base came lose and the pole started to wobble. I checked underneath and everything was secure, nothing was spinning. I unscrewed that (and the now additional connected rods) from the base, and was able to screw it back on, and it became tight again (not sure if that's what the crooked complaints are about in other reviews). Added the shades and bulbs, and presto. Works and looks great. So much so the following week I got another one for the living room. For $30 a decent floor lamp with 2 a19 bulbs. With the additional smart plugs (4pk 5g wifi for another $30) and now have 2 rooms I never have to reach for the light switch again, unless I need ultra bright light. - update I have noticed a slight lean on one light, it leans in the direction the lower lamp points. Make sure when assembled, the power cord comes directly out the back opposite of the second lamp, and it should balance out.

It looks good, gives a nice amount of light. The lower light is flexible. But the frame itself is super light and topples over easily. The weight on the bottom is pretty useless. Would not recommend if you are purchasing for high traffic areas.

Both lights are bright, but the different brightness levels don’t work as advertised which was the main selling point for me. When using LED dimmable bulb, it should have a total of four brightness options but each lamp head has only on/off. It was easy enough to assemble but its 72 inch height did make it awkward. I’m impressed with how sturdy it is. Mine does not wobble at all. If each piece is tightly and securely screwed into each other, it will not wobble. Besides missing the dimmable options, the lamp is great. Since it will be a pain to disassemble and repack, I decided to contact Amazon customer service to request a partial refund and to my delight, they went above and beyond to make my experience better.

Lamp base is small enough to fit where we need it. Lights are nice and bright. Pole is sturdy. Just perfect for us.

This is a good sturdy lamp. I bought one in black for my son-in-law's man cave and was so impressed that I bought a white one for my living room. I would heartily agree with another customer who recommended that it be assembled from the top down. I did the black one from the bottom and the white one from the top. No comparison. It was so much easier and took about a quarter of the time to assemble it from the top down.

Lamp looks pretty nice, the pole is made out of metal and the shades are made out of plastic unlike some other floor lamps in this price point, the base does wobble a bit if your floors are even slightly uneven. assembly wouldve been easy as ever if the quality control wasnt so inconsistent, the threads on one of the poles where messed up and it took forever to turn it all the way, i did get it threaded in by hand but it was extremely difficult. ill guess by the other reviews this is typical with these lamps and its something you should expect. once assembled i wouldnt expect any more problems with it. its pretty cheap for what it is although i just wish they would cut the threads properly.

Es muy fácil de armar, el color gris es moderno y a diferencia de las lámparas de aluminio, no se oxida. Decora bien tanto en cuartos como estancias sobretodo con luz cálida, no pesa así que puede moverse de lugar fácilmente y por su tamaño no es estorbosa. La luz que emite es muy buena, (no es tenue) ilumina sin problemas un cuarto de 4x4.
