Woodi USA Soprano 21" Ukulele Pattern 2 WU-21F2(WH)

What a charming little uke! I’m not a beginner or professional player so my review is based on just having fun and thus little gem does that. I ordered the Roses design, which is a cream color with subtle red roses arranged much like a 1940’s wallpaper design. It’s so cute. At this price, I’d expected much less. The finish is a smooth satin feel and appearance. It has a bright, clear sound when picking notes, but a fairly soft and gentle sound when I strum it. The sound is definitely acceptable for any circumstance where you’d use a plastic uke! It was actually much better than I’d expected. Give it about a week to let the strings stretch before it’ll stay in tune.

So-o cute! My eight year old plays it a lot! Not the best sound, but not too bad either.

First off, let me explain the five stars. This IS NOT the greatest Ukulele in the world. It's a plastic Uke, and that means it will NEVER be a great instrument. But, in writing this review I asked myself the question: Given that its made of plastic, how could it be made better? I decided that it was just about as good as a plastic Uke could be. I even bought a second one. So, five stars.It's tunable, and holds its tune;It's easily playable, the fretboard, bridge, etc. are all quite functional;It has sufficient volume, not particularly loud, but enough to be easily heard;The tone quality is "plastic" but not unpleasant, actually better than I had expected;It's tough, the plastic is strong and durable and I don't expect any breakage or cracking problems;The darn little thing looks cute hanging on the wall.My good Ukuleles are Kamakas. This one I play while in the bathtub and shower. Seriously, it's plastic, it can get wet!

This is beyond horrible. Don't spend money. It's plastic, first of all. I tried playing "you are my sunshine" and I had to retune it 3 times before getting through the song ONCE because it won't stay in tune.

I didn't take the time to read what it was made out of. I assumed with a name like "woodi" that it would be made of wood.. it's cute, the bag is nice, it sounds decent. I'm just a little disappointed that it's made of echoey plastic.

I'm a music teacher and during Covid I needed ukes that I could sanitize. I actually bought 8 of these. Stood up to the elementary student test. Love them. I didn't even need to change the strings. Came with decent strings.. And a nice case too.

Granddaughter, age 8, loves it and has begun lessons at a local music school.

I ordered this 3 days ago and already got it, shipping is so quick!! It's really pretty too but I can tell right off the bat I'll need to change the strings but it's so perfect for $50! And actually has a pretty nice sound even with the strings it comes with.
