Before you read further I would like to mention that I have zero knowledge on growing plants and more over it was not my interest. I wanted to setup something in home so that there can be sufficient herbs for my family to use. Now lets get into the details. The system as such is very nice and the colors blend will with the rooms. I bought blue but there are aother bright colors as well. Pros: 1. Well packaged and delivered on time. The shipment contains all the materials and information to start growing. There is nothing else needed apart from 5 empty 1 litre bottles for mixing the nutrients. 2. Step by Step instructions on how to puttogether the setup and I should tell you thing the system was perfect and there were no leaks after setup 3.Silent motor to circulate water and the entire system is only little over 2 feet wide so each to fit into any corner of the room 4. Support was outstanding. I used to whatsapp my queries and the questions were answered in a manner which exceeded my expectation. In fact I used to send pictures on weekly basis and get feedback. It helped me to grow better. When contact about ph meter they sent a new meter immediately 5. I was able to harvest basil and grand rapids lettuce in 45 days from the day I sprinkled the seeds. Ok, There arent any constraints by some areas to improve Improvement needed: 1. The pipes which is used as stands did not fit well at one end. I had to grind a little to adjust the fitting. I had the necessary tools to do that so it was not a problem for me but might affect other customers. 2. The light holders are on the lighter side but for me it held the light perfectly, but would prefer slightly stronger holder. 3. A water level marker with max level would help. I was using water cans so I could have exact measure but a measure with water level would help because you have to calculate the nutrients requirement based on quantity of water in the system. 4. The motor came with blur pipe connected to it. This made it little difficult we had to cut the pipe remove it and then place the motor in side the tub and reattach the pipe. This will make the system look clean because holes have been provided in Jura tub for motor pipes. It would be better if motor and the pipes are sent separately. Over all a very good system for experimenting. I will update the review after 3 months on how the system is working.

A really great product!! Been using my Pindfresh Tashi Jr. for a little over two months now, and it has brought tremendous joy to watch it grow into a vegetable garden. The Tashi Jr. is beautifully designed, and best of all, easy to maintain. They have an excellent after sales support if you need advice and guidance on how to get the best out of your system. Absolutely brilliant way to grow your own vegetables and herbs at home!

The product was easy to install and use. We have grown lettuce and spinach which did grow quickly and leaves very very green and fresh. Past three months we have enjoyed green leafy vegetables from this technique. Excellent product and way to grow vegetables at home. It takes minimum efforts.

There seems to be design fault. In DWC, there should be some gap between the bottom of net cup and Water level in grow channels. However in this system water level is much above bottom of net cups, this results in root rot. The system lacks an aeration system essential in a DWC system.
