Gift for a kiddo who loves it so much we got another one.

I purchased the Safari Ltd Wildlife Wonders Lion for my 4 and 1/2 yr old grandson. I have purchased several Safari Ltd plastic animals in the past and have always been pleased with the realism, design, and sturdiness of these toys. The lion is no exception. It is much more realistic than a stuffed animal, yet not "scary" in detail at all. My grandson is in the "dinosaur" phase right now, but I was pleasantly surprised how much he likes to play with his Safari Ltd lion. This toy has definitely stimulated some great discussion between us and we've looked up lots of facts about lions since he's been playing with this toy. I should mention that the Safar Ltd Lion doesn't "do" anything - no batteries, no lights, no sounds, no action. But, the great thing is that it's made of strong heavy plastic, and stimulates some very creative play and opportunities to learn. My only caution is because it's made of heavy plastic, lion "leaping" (as in throwing the lion) has to be discouraged:) I am very impressed with all the Safari Ltd toys and highly recommend them for any child, as a creative "antidote" to all the electronic action toys on the market right now.

My grandson is an animal fanatic especially after seeing Lion King. The lion is his favorite. He carries him everywhere, he even tried to take him to school, he is in prekindergarten. He is big and well made worth the price.

Molto ben fatto. Dimensioni grandi rispetto ai classici animali di altre mamme che più note, cercavo proprio questo.

大きさもデカく迫力があります。 野生で歩いてるライオンを見事表現出来ていると思います。 アンゴラライオンの感じを見事表現出来ていると思います。個人的にはパボやシュライヒより、全然好きです！ ライオンが好きな方ぜひ！コレクションに加えて見てはいかがでしょうか。
