Grip stick like no other-various options to choose from
I originally purchased a previous version of the grips and have since moved to the current version. I have large hands, but tiny, tiny wrists. I also previously used Versa grips as comparison. These grips are not like anything else on the market. INCREDIBLE grip! One hop on the bar is all it takes for you to discover the difference in the Elements 26 grips and every other brand on the market. I have tried a dozen different grips. The Versa grips had been my favorite, but didn’t last. The Versa grip assists with grip due to a thickened section at the end which increases the bar diameter and sort of hooks around the bar. They are loopless. I thought I might like some finger looped for a change and I was impressed with what others said about the Elements 26 grip ability. My hands measure right on the line between the medium and large so I ordered the medium. I liked the finger loop version but should have ordered the large as the elastic ended up too tight against the webspace with grip motion. The wrist straps were too large for my tiny wrists and tightened as tight as they were still too large. The Velcro was not attached to enough of the wrist straps to allow me to get it to a comfortable size. In addition the edges of the wrist straps were stiff and would cause abrasion on the medial aspects of my wrists with prolonged use. I spoke with the company and found they were about to release an updated version. I decided to try the updated ones and also changed to loopless again. This time I got a large size. In hindsight I should have stuck with the medium since there were no finger loops, however I freaking love these grips! They are just as sticky/grippy as the previous version, but the wrist straps are so comfortable. Because of my tiny wrists I still have some issues getting them wrapped like I prefer, but since you don’t use the grips to hold you by the wrists, but rather directly to the bar via your palm, it isn’t as important as in other brands. I can’t recommend these enough. I plan to get yet another pair, this time in a looped version in a size large and/or a loopless version in a size medium. Get you a pair today!

Great grips to prevent tears on fingers
These grips are pretty amazing! They have full coverage of your hand and fingers and grip the pull-up bar excellently. I tend to rip on my fingers and would sometimes try to tape my fingers, but the tape would eventually start to slide off. These grips solve that problem. They are slightly bulkier than the other grips I'd been using (Bear Complex and JerkFit), however, once I got used to them, they worked beautifully. They are so grippy that I can't use the excuses of "my grip was giving out/I kept slipping off the bar" anymore, since my abs/lats/arms will fatigue during TTB/pull-ups before these will allow my grip to give out. The only thing you have to be careful of is if the pull-up bar you're using has too much chalk caked on from previous classes, the chalk will actually reduce the grippiness of these grips, so I guess another downside is I can't pretend to be getting chalk when I'm actually resting. My hand measurement is 4.5", and the size medium fit well. I do have fairly narrow wrists and have to tighten the wrist straps all the way, so I like that I was able to cut off the extra strap length. I don't really use the strap to tuck in the grips when not in use, so I can't speak to that feature. I've used these grips to transition between the pull-up bar and jump rope, dumbbells, and wall ball without any issues. They are a little too long to wrap around the barbell (sort of becomes a lifting strap) which is where the retaining strap would come in handy. The pair I currently have are really awkward to try to tuck in, which is why I don't use the retaining strap, but I heard there have been improvements made in that area already. Overall, these grips are excellent for staying locked onto the pull-up bar and preventing tears which are the two largest reasons why I use any grips in the first place and why I love these ones.

I like them, but probably need more time to break them in.
These definitely allow me to keep a better grip on my bar. I train in my garage and, as I write this, it's about 40° in there, and in the summer it's 80°+, so getting a good grip gets real dicey for one reason or another throughout the year. I measured my hand and used the chart to order, but I think they may be a bit too big for me. It feels like I have extra material to adjust or get into the right place before I can lift. I opted for a style with the elastic finger slots, so maybe I just need to adjust where I "wear" them? I'm not sure; I'll continue to play with them. I do like that feature, though, as I have another set of grips without that, and I have to sort of "find" them before I can transition/grab a bar. The most annoying issue for me is that the wrist strap hits my watch, which I could very easily take off, I'm just stubborn and don't want to! ;) As far as durability, it's too soon for me to comment. I don't use them every day, and to be honest, I'm probably never going to be too hard on the grips as I don't do butterfly pullups or anything super aggressive of that nature. I haven't had any issues with loose threads, or the velcro, or anything like that. Overall, I really do like them. The grip I get on the bar is definitely good enough for what I need. If/when I need a new pair, I may try sizing down, though I didn't think I was that close to a small.

Horrible in hands , no confidence on Barbell as they reduce pinky finger grip . Going back to regular gloves

I've had these grips for a while now, so I feel I can write an objective review. I'm not a fan of weightlifting gloves, the cheap ones fall apart or rip at the seams, and the expensive ones cost the same as raising a child, and they all make for sweaty hands which makes them feel slippery. Having said that, I also had started to tear up my hands fairly seriously whilst weightlifting, especially deadlift. These grips are absolutely what I was looking for. Comprising a sturdy wrist strap that holds securely and an extremely tough palm grip that secures with elasticated loops over the back of your fingers, it provides plenty of protection for any kind of lifting with total freedom of movement for your thumb, and no sweatiness. Another benefit I've seen is that I have more confidence in my lifting, as these grip really securely to my bars. As I said, I've been using them for a while, for all types of lifting and seen no visible wear or damage to these grips. For anyone that's tried and rejected gloves, or needs a bit more grip and less hand damage, I would strongly recommend these. I'd also like to mention that the company reached out to me after I bought them, not asking for reviews but just asking how I was getting along with them. It's a nice thing, and makes customers feel valued. All in all, a good company making a fantastic product.

Have tried a lot of different hand grips for pull ups in crossfit. Always my hand rips. So far my hands haven't ripped with these and I feel more solid in my grip. The base of my fingers (palm) still rubs and I get the start of blisters but no ripping yet. So pretty happy. But today, when I went to get them for class the stitching has come undone at the fingers. Now what do I do? Pretty crushed.
