Uses loop bands only, as stated in title! Great book!
I like the fact that the title says the exercises are with loop bands, and unlike some other such books, no other equipment is added in! All you need are the loop bands and maybe a chair leg, which is easy to find. Lots of good exercises which are clearly illustrated and explained. I am very happy with this book. It will be one of my main exercise books from now on (I rotate through a few different routines).

Essentially ok but not great
Although each exercise states the muscle group targeted, it lacks specific details as to what part of the muscle is being worked. Diagrams are not actual photographs. Not as many exercises and less details than other books.
