Works every time!
What can I say but that this simple item has helped my husband be able to put his own socks on. He loves it. He has big feet but this 'donner' has plenty of room for his feet. He exclaims every time he uses it too, a big hooray!! It's sturdy and easy to use and it works every time. It gives independence too that is so important for folks on the injured list or if you're just elderly a need a little help. A great product for the price too. Thank you so much!

Life Changing Product
Best. Invention. Ever. If you are elderly, disabled, or simply have difficulty reaching down to put on socks, this will change your life! It works exactly as advertised and is super easy to use. I'm on crutches and leg brace and can finally wear socks! Best $10 I ever spent!

Pretty helpful
Ot definitely takes some practice , but it does work. It’s best not to try to use it when your feet are still wet after a shower. I found my best technique was to pull it straight back until I got it past my ankle and then pull it straight up at the end to pull the sock up my calf. As long as your socks aren’t really tight, it works very well.

Well, built an easy to use
Excellent sock aid. I had those original sock aide where it did not curl up as the newer models do. This model is comfortable with the hand grip. The sock is easily slid onto the device and easily pulls the sock up. I used it on athletic tubes sick as well as an athletic ankle sock. It is comfortable as it slides up my foot and leg

Surprised how well it works
I was surprised that it worked as well as it did. The hardest part was loading the sock onto the device but I found through trial and error how to best do it. I put on long black socks with it and it was super easy. So ankle socks would be even easier. I highly recommend this for people that have back problems or anyone having difficulty like I do with putting on socks. This makes it so easy im going to wear socks more. Really helpful with the winter weather.

Life changer device with pro tip advice to help you get the most out of it
Fantastic device for those who have flexibility issues. I purchased this prior to having my second spinal fusion after my original hardware and discs started failing 40 years later, and knowing full well the limitations that would come after such surgery I added this to my home recovery kit. I didn’t have this 40 years ago so there was a slight learning curve for me here and the good news is I will gladly share my pro tips I learned on my own. 1. Put the entire sock on the device so the very front of the sock touches the front of the device 2. Get some Arm and Hammer foot powder (2 reviews in 1- it’s my favorite for all day dryness and freshness) or any other one that you like, and while the sock is on as in step 1, give the inside of the sock and device a little puff of powder. You don’t need a lot. This will not only keep your feet happy all day but it will make the device glide right over your foot like greased lightning. It is possible to use without the powder, but trust me, it sucks sometimes when it won’t glide easily and it can get really frustrating. I promise, once you use the powder you’ll never go back to barefooting this thing without any powder.

Very practical and helpful to put on socks
Becoming less flexible with age or due to circumstances you don't want to be dependent on others for everything. Putting on socks is such an issue, and this product easily and simply overcomes any possible issues.

This product is absolutely fantastic. So easy to use. Wish I had bought it sooner leading up to my hip surgery. Highly recommend and I don’t say this lightly.

Works gets your toes right into the end of your sock. Can't wait to see how it works on my compression socks. Why wait be right back. Well ok then, so pretty hard to load cause socks are so tight. However I figured out that if you pinch the sides and pull down, works pretty good. I just put a sock on and toes were in perfect and it took sock about halfway to knee. Then just used hands and pulled up rest of the way. Worked great. I believe these socks are a 15 in tightness. On a 25 or so you would likely have to oil up your foot to get it to slide through the plastic. It was kinda tight with 15 compression. But regular socks this unit works really good. I don't own ankle socks or sockets to test. Well I have sockets but they undue nuts. Anyway if you have bad hips or big guts I have both and putting on socks hurts the hip and knee. Ok update I just put on the other compression sock and what I said about pintch the sides.WRONG squeeze it a bit and slide the sock down easy peasy. Now the instructions say sit in a sturdy chair and your feet flat on the ground. Well I am not going to kitchen to put socks on,I am using a lazy boy recliner rocker. And I have no problem what so ever. My daughter will be really happy I have this cause after using big chainsaw for a day my hip has been sore for 3 weeks it is getting better but older ya get longer to heal. And she has been helping with socks. Mind you tonight will be the first time in 3 or 4 weeks since I wore compression socks as she could not get them on me. So if you can't bend over very well to put on socks this is a true game changer. As a matter a fact I am going to purchase another one for a fellow millwright at work that can't touch his toes and does not wear socks because of it.
